    That sucks you doubt the deca and the test. nothing worse than bunk shit. I just got my test level results yesterday I'm dosed at 600 + 600 EQ ew. i don't know what a ballpark range to tell you is, but based off of my results... My levels were over 3000!!! Doc said I was over 3 x the normal level. Fuck yeah! This test was only less than 2 weeks into cycle also. My gear is legit! (And I just added Tren haha)

    alright ill assume anything less then 1500, my gear is just shit.
    hahah 14 weeks of 500mg/week should have my levels up pretty high. we will see.

    i hope my new source is legit. i dont want to go through this again... haha i can tell its at least somewhat real because i have had acne and a good amount of testicular atrophy. blood results will tell!

    so i took a few days off to go on vacation with my family.
    was still active kayaking and whatnot on a lake and river, it was pretty fun.
    had to eat less clean then usual but still got enough food
    hit back today
    workout:
    wide grip lat pull downs- 12x5
    DB bent over rows- 130x12,13,14
    hammer strength high pulls- 2plates+25x12x3 slow
    cable rows- 12x4
    stiff arm pull downs-15x3 30 sec rest.
    shrugs- 225x25x2, 275x25,35x2, 225x25


    felt pretty good today, and guess what? weighed in at 216!! hahaha i have no idea how, but im happy about that.
    pump wasnt anything special, but i moved decent weight, even moved up a little on my lat pull downs. most likely its due to the amount of glycogen stored in my muscles from a few days of rest... well thats what i assume at least. bro-science there. ill be eating like a maniac to keep my weight up at 216!

    hit shoulders today,
    workout:
    seated lateral raises- 35x12x2, 35x15,25x15x2
    smith machine shoulder press- 185x12 drop to 135x10 3 sets
    front raise- 30x12x3
    should press machine super slow-10x3
    cable lateral raise- 12x3

    weighed incline situps-25x3, no weight 25 reps

    15 minutes on elliptical.
    i felt pretty good today, pump was good and energy and strength were up from the last few weeks. tomorrow i have a 14 hr work day, and i think i do Wednesday as well. so i wont hit the gym tomorrow, but ill see if i can get out of that the next day.
    i will be ordering my new gear in the next day or 2. i have about 2mls left.

    sorry about the lack of updates lately.
    ive been pretty busy and havent hit the gym as much as usual.
    my motivation is down, and my workouts just arent what they used to be.
    i did a couple workouts in between the last one posted and now, but i wont bother trying to recall what i did.
    my joints are feeling somewhat better, but not 100% yet.

    today i hit back
    workout:
    BB bent over rows- 135x12x2, 205x12, 225x12x3 double drop- 185x12, 135x12
    wide grip lat pull downs- 12x3
    hammer strength rows- 3plates+25x12x2, 4 platesx12x2
    hammer strength high pulls- 2plates+25x12x3
    stiff arm pull downs- 15x4 30 second rest
    BB shrugs- 225x25x2, 275x25x2, 225x30

    felt lethargic in the gym, and wasnt "in" it today, though i moved regular weight.
    anyway, i was thinking of adding in clen, not for fat burning, but for the energy, and anti-catabolism that comes with it. as of today im on 250mg of test a week. i think the clen will help me do well on the HRT doses of test. what do you guys think, its not for fat burning remember, so my diet wont change.
    i got my package today as well. 4 bottles of test cyp and 60 25mg dbols.

    For energy try the energy drink spike shooter - it has 300mgs of caffeine per can and a shitload of yohimbine. It really perks me up. Plus I find it has caber-like sexual side effects.

    unfortunatly my gear was very underdosed so my results werent much.

    but i got my foot in the door, and i am comfprtable with injections and what not now.

    i will keep this log up for the next month or so but update it a little less, then i can either keep this log or start a new one with my next blast, of test cyp 750mg/week for 12 weeks and dbol for 50mg/day for 4 weeks

    i hit chest yesterday threw in bicpes as well and abs, had a great workout. too lazy to really post it though

    only got up to 245x8 on bench press. but thats not too bad for myself.

    anyway, should i keep this log going while cruising?
    if there is an interest, ill keep it up and post my workouts and everything like before, if not ill just start a new log when i blast again in 5 or so weeks

    got blood results.... test level was 219...... yeah. what the fuck
    knew it was fake. didnt think it was 100% fake though. that kinda sucks.
    i think my deca was actually test, low dosed because ever since i stopped that ive been feeling like PCT. and my blood levels tell me why.

    my natty test level is under 300 anyway... it kinda sucks. sooo what do you guys think? start off with 500mg/week and dbol now, or do a PCT and then start.... orr what. where do i go from here??
