    Animals first AAS cycle Beast mode engage



    cycle will be clean bulk considering a little recomp in final 4 weeks on epi depending on how clean my diet stays during the cycle but overall growth is the main aim here. Never done PH or AAS before been planning and reading for around a year now but didn’t wanna start till I had diet and training in order. I will be doing DC training 3 times a week split may throw some extra sessions in if I feel the need. I will try to keep log updated as much as possible probably won’t be a daily post but at the very least weekly updates cheers guys

    Current stats
    6 ft 1
    82kgs
    5.8% BF

    Lifts

    Bench 1rm 105kg been awhile since I tested it
    Deadlift 175kg
    Squat 140kg for 4 parallel 120kg fir 3 ATG


    AAS

    Weeks 1-12: Test E 500mg/week Monday/Thursday
    Weeks 1-4: SD 20/20/20/20
    Weeks 8-14: Epi 30/30/30/40/40/40

    PCT (start week 14)

    Nolva 20/20/20/10/10
    Clomid 50/50/25/25
    DAA 0/3g/3g/3g/3g
    Erase 0/0/3/2/1

    Aromasin 12.5mg EOD while on cycle, adjust as needed. If i need more ill bump to 12.5mg ED

    Fish oil
    Orange Triad
    liver support
    Goals
    Pack on some serous size while maintaining a reasonably low body fat. Would really like to reping out 100kg sets of bench instead of it being a max. overall probably hit around 95kgs hopefully and decide what’s next from there.

    Protein:288g, carbs: 360g, fats 54g, calories 3084

    Day 1
    Ok so this was the day time for my first shit decided to do it after my leg workout uncase it was painful as fuck lol. So was nervous as hell and ended up trying left glute for first attempt. I think it was all good lost a few drops in being nervous and shaky. But no pain at all missed a vein so happy this wish I didn't choose the left side cause I'm right handed made first time interesting

    Ok time for the workout DC B workout
    Squats ATG 110x5, 90kg widow maker
    Glute ham raises 6-3-3 (12)
    Calf raises 120x10 3 sets, 150x8 3 sets
    Ezybar curl: 30 kg 6-3-2(11)
    Hammer curl 15s 8-4-2(14))
    So far feeling normal tho got very lethargic and went to bed early after my 2 nd tablet of SD kicked in

    I don't wanna post photos for confidential reasons but I competed in a comp very recently an that was sum of 12 skinfold. I don't care why numbers say they mean nothing to how I looked in the mirror but I know he dude was slightly off as shredded as others I've seen

    so yesterday was DC workout A or arms felt good no real strength gains and today was abs and traps with HIT cardio rounded out 900kcals. no lethargy at all yesterday or today maybe starting to gain abit of water weight judging by the mirror feeling like i got lots of energy for no stimulants at all.

    Sides: i have a constant minor Headache is about the only side i can think of
