Day 1
Ok so this was the day time for my first shit decided to do it after my leg workout uncase it was painful as fuck lol. So was nervous as hell and ended up trying left glute for first attempt. I think it was all good lost a few drops in being nervous and shaky. But no pain at all missed a vein so happy this wish I didn't choose the left side cause I'm right handed made first time interesting
Ok time for the workout DC B workout
Squats ATG 110x5, 90kg widow maker
Glute ham raises 6-3-3 (12)
Calf raises 120x10 3 sets, 150x8 3 sets
Ezybar curl: 30 kg 6-3-2(11)
Hammer curl 15s 8-4-2(14))
So far feeling normal tho got very lethargic and went to bed early after my 2 nd tablet of SD kicked in
