Finally. Was beginning to wonder about you.
Me too buddy. I guess I've been so infatuated with my own body, I haven't wanted to gawk at other heavenly bodies. Dropped down to 240lbs. The vascularity is getting very nice, the top of my forearms are spider webs all the time. Definitely hit arms very hard this morning. Slightly changing up my routine every time. Dropsets, supersets, or weight changes. Gotta keep the body guessing. Just threw in some sust kinda(100mg test e, 100mg test c, 50mg test prop, 50mg deca), the deca almost seems like a waist at that little dosage. So eod I pin 120mg trest,100mg test prop, and 80mg sust. Probably will be dropping the trest soon to save what I have left for next run and swap it for tren, yay!

Went up and hit arms again for two more sets. Delts are poppin and tri's feel like they might actually be sore tommorow. Hell yeah!

Failed twice at 405. I fucking fail! Back is a little tweaked from leg presses the other day, I let that 500 come down a little fast and deeper than I wanted and my lower back has been tweaked since. Pissed me off, so I hit everything else hard and fast. Pretty good workout besides the failed attempt.

Have to agree w/ G on this bro. You have added some serious volume to your legs / week. Don't over do it. You seem to still be making good progress......
Took sunday and today off. Back is feeling a lot better, ready to hit chest tomorrow. Dropped trest even though I didn't want to, shit wreaks havoc with your nips. Hopefully my enthusiasm will stay high. Threw in some tren and mast for the time being. Might actually stop everything for a bit, the wife is dying for a child. She can forgive me for my wicked ways, the least I can do is give her what she has always wanted from me.

Yeah, I figure when I haven't gained that much, won't lose that much either. Lackluster chest day at the gym this morning. I chalk that up to a very stressful weekend which included bad and nonexistant eating patterns. I already miss the trest, something about that compound just revs you up and keeps you going. Too bad it tries to grow you a huge set of tits daily. I think it beats tren in my book, especially in the strength dept. We'll see how tomorrow goes...

Finally got in a leg day after an altercation at the gym prevented me from it yesterday. Long story, gag from work, cops were called, he got charged with assault. Trying to beef up my legs u went about things a little differently.

Alright, now for my dumb ass story.
It started last saturday when I came into work and my time card was tore in half. I took it into the owner and asked if I was fired, he said no and taped it back up. I thought nothing of it until later I heard it was an employee who did it on purpose. I went back into the owner and told him. He said the employee had told him he did it because he was upset with me. The owner said it was a childish thing to do but did nothing so I confronted the guy telling him if he had something to say, say it to my face. He proceded to push me and get in my face. I realized then that I was 3 inches taller than him, had about 40lbs of muscle on him where he looks pregnant, and absolutely no fear or adrenoline going so there was no threat.Not about to lose my job and go to jail, I went back in to the owner and told him the situation bringing him out into the shop to tell everyone to calm down, later he said I instigated it(maybe because I'm bigger than everyone else?)
Monday rolls around the owner calls a meeting to yell at me and tell everyone else to just do their damn jobs or it could mean termination. At that point, I really made it a point to be a good boy even going in on tuesday and telling the owner he wouldn't have any problems with me. I have a mortgage, car payment, kids, a wife and we plan on having another. That can't happen unemployed.
Finally Wednesday morning I get to the gym and the fatty is there. I walk in the door, and he starts running over to me. He asks what I was doing there, I said I'm there everyday. Then he pushed me again which both times it was less force than when my wife pushes me. He said lets go outside where there are no cameras, everyone in the gym already seen everything happen already. The only thing that stopped me is page two of our employee handbook. You can be fired for any criminal activity that happens outside of work as well. If he really wanted a fight, he would've swung. I said I'm just going to call the cops and he knocked my phone out of my hand. I picked it up, called and they showed up. They charged him with assault, told him to find another gym, and escorted him out.
I expected the worse when I got to work. As soon as I got in, he started yelling at me, calling me names, and being an idiot. I said just calm down before we get fired but eventually I had to go back into the owner and tell him the events of the morning. The fat fuck then put in his 2 weeks notice which I thought was odd. The guy basically has nothing to lose, he rents, no kids, no wife, and is a drunk. Around 2 that day he went and told the owner he was going to take a few days off until Monday and then let him know what his plans were. So in reality, he was just trying to get me fired and when that didn't work, had to renig on his decision to leave. If it was my company and someone puts in their 2 week notice, thats it, no takebacks. Which kinda sucks for me because if he wasn't an employee anymore, I would break that motherfucker in half.
Really childish story to tell, especially at my age. It did feel great to control myself and keep my eye on the prize though. Maybe I'm finally growing up...
By the way, destroyed arms today!

Weight was down to 238.5 at the gym. Yesterday I hit back pretty hard but went light on the Deadlifts.

On my last set at 225 I started to lose my grip on my left hand, wtf? Pissed me off so I really went hard on the machines. 3 sets of 5 different machine exercises, pull ups, one arm rows w/100lb dbs, and I'm not sure what its called but the one sided barbell that you load up with weights and pull up to your chest? Let me know what its called, I just call it the skid. My traps are feeling it this morning.

Killer Leg day for me at least and the wife as well. She squatted 200 lbs 2 reps after hitting 195 for 2 reps. I was very impressed!
