    Under Construction - Spiny's Log



    So I'm two weeks into my first AAS cycle and I figured why not log it since logs in this area are few and far between. I'm 39 weighing in at 220.
    Should've started this at the beginning but better late than never.

    Cycle is...
    Test E/EQ 600mgs each weeks 1-15+ Mon+Thurs
    SD 20mgs weeks 2-5(started that last Wed)
    Havent chosen which oral to use on the back end yet

    I have Liquidex on hand and letrizole but will only use them if needed. I need to keep my old joints lubed up. I LOVE the injections! Havent had any problems yet. I'm really hoping to make this a recomp cycle as I have plenty of softness to tighten up. I will get the wife to snap some pics and put them up. Will also run through my workouts once since I rarely change them up.

    So I'm training 6 days every week with no set days for anything.I'm also doing the power matrix on the big three lifts to constantly improve them. Bad knees hold me back a little on squats and deadlifts but I'm getting better. Any suggestions or criticism would be greatly appreciated. Hoping for a great run!

    5th pin this morning, just keeps getting easier. The only bad thing is that its so long until the next one. Maybe I'm ready for prop? Also, 5th day of SD at 20mgs, and feeling absolutely no sides not even BP spikes. I did get a bloody nose the other morning though. No strength increases to speak of but hopefully soon! First time running SD so its all new to me. Been eating under maintenence to try to cut as much fat off me before the test and sd take over my eating habits. I'm using clen and T3 and it was working good but I went from 220 to 226 in 3 days, must be water.

    My on cycle diet is clean but I wouldn't say on point. Weekdays is pretty strict but come dinner time. I eat what the family is having which isn't always great. No fast food though, no soda.
    My lifts max as of right now are

    Bench-280
    Squat-300
    Deadlift-320

    Pretty weak, I know. But my max goes up every eleven days and keeps going up. I have my own equipment in my garage so no going to the gym. I have a bench press with lat pull down cable and leg extensions, squat rack, heavy bag and speed bad, and an elliptical. I use the elliptical every morning for 15 mins and try to do Ab ripper x at least twice a week. Hoping to really increase strength on this cycle and lose body fat, which I think I am about at 20%? Not sure though......

    Pretty good workout today,sweating like a pig. Day 6 of SD without any sides or strength increases. Quads will be sore tomorrow, I can already feel it. Cant wait for anything to kick in....anything. I started this log because it seems like a lot of people are making the jump to AAS with the upcoming possible ban. As I'm stumbling through my first REAL cycle, I can possibly help anyone going through the same thing or planning to make the jump. Side Note: I really hate people saying they are going to the dark side. This is really the only side and I know the only reason I chose to take a pill instead of pin is the legal issues and really just being afraid of the needle. Wish I had came to my sense sooner!

    Right now I'm on clen@1.25 and t3@1.mg. Saturday I start the ramp down on the t3 and end both the following sat. Haven't really decided what oral to use on the back end yet. Plenty of time to make up my mind though. Ahhhh PCTHater, love the name!

    Arm Day
    Couldn't get through 1 set of all my lifts. It feels like I have a strain of my right anterior serratus. It's been bothering me for over a week but hasn't been that bad, but lifting things over my head seemed to really irritate it. I will take a few days off and see if that helps at all. Really sucks for this to be happening right now. Still no sides from the SD, making me wonder if its bunk. I will open a new bottle of another brand and see if anything changes. Hopefully its just the test counteracting the sides. I did buy this bottle in the classifieds, opened, but from a senior member with a good I-trader score. Has me puzzled....

    I haven't been paying a lot of attention since I'm cutting. It's like at 50% protein, 30% carbs, and 20% fats. I can feel I need to up the carbs. Thanx for the concern. You never notice how much certain muscles do until you hurt them. And its hurt, hopefully it heals quick.

    Injection day, got to love that! Had to stick it twice today because the first pin wouldn't let me aspirate. So I should be sore tomorrow. That needle was definitely duller the 2nd time around. I decided to just stick with the sd I have maybe up it to 30. If its bunk I will know in a few days and the test and eq should be kicking in anytime soon.

    It could be your calories and macros. Its is SD afterall.

    What happened with the pin? Why couldnt you aspirate?
    I always switch the pin out for a fresh one before going back in.

    Don't know what happened. I couldn't pull it back, it was left handed but still. I'm upping my calories starting next week. I thought it might be the test negating the sides. I don't see why anyone would sell bunk sd, its the cheapest thing out there.

    Yeah, maybe I will run it on the backend. Different brand of course unless it kicks into gear. I also have UD and Dmz, so many choices. Definitely planning on picking up some of that lgi sd10 for $10 as well!
