I have been bulking the past few months, but my shoulder has been killing me (started of just bothering me on pressing movements but now is just overall hurting throughout the day). Tried going light today, no good. Gonna take at least a week off from lifting, maybe even two depending on if it heals, and just do abs, leg day, And maybe some light cardio.

I've been eating about 1,000 cals over maintenance. When you guys take a week or two off do you keep your surplus the same or cut it down closer to maintenance? Currently running test eq and deca and will just be keeping the dose the same on that. Was gonna throw in dzine and lmg but figured I'll be waiting til I can hit train at 100% again.

    Thoughts?

Injured my knee before. For you, I would either stick to leg only exercises or stay out of the gym completely and adjust your calories to about maintenance.

I would take fish oil if you arn't and I would also see a doctor as the guy above mentioned.
