8:30am- 2 hard boiled eggs no yoke
1 banana
10oz coffee
10am- pack of raw almonds
11:45am- spinach,cucumber, cherry tomato, turkey meat 6oz
Table spoon apple cider vinger, olive oil
hand full of blueberries
2pm-pack of beef jerky
handful blueberries
pack of raw almonds
5pm pre work- 1 scoop. Bsn protein

Felt pretty much normal I was sweating like a beast at practice but I did get some mean lower back pain so i pop 5g taurine. Drank 2 gals of water other then that good start. Today I lift will post tonite.
