Introduction
Well here it is, the first PHF Transform Supplements Forged Extreme Mass Log! I will be running this for 4 weeks and keeping a detailed log for all you guys by request of bizzyb250
About Me
I will be entering this cycle to achieve a lean bulk throughout the winter. I stay around 10% bodyfat year around, getting my bodyfat percentage checked about 5 to 10 times a year.

Height: 5'11''
Weight: 186lbs
BF%: As of last Monday I was at 10%, where I like to be.
Workout Schedule
I will be running a 3 day split, doing 2 bodyparts a day. This schedule has always worked for me and I'm hoping really gives me good gains through this cycle.
Day 1: Bi's/Back
Day 2: Tri's/Chest
Day3: Legs/Shoulders
Big 3 Max
BB Bench Press: 335lbs x2
Squat: 415 x2
Dead Lift: 405 x2
Goal(Detailed)
I hope to gain 6 to 10lbs after PCT is done and over with, while staying under 12% bodyfat when PCT is through.
Cycle Layout
TS Forged Extreme Mass: Caps, 2/2/2/2
The picture above is for the old TS Extreme Mass. The ingredients for the new one are below:
10 mg of 2-ene
20mg of h50
25mg of estra-4
5mg bioperine
Supports
Fish Oil: 2.4 Grams daily
Hawthorne Berry: 1.1 Grams daily
Maca: 1 Gram daily
Liv52: 8 Tabs daily
Taurine: 1 Gram daily
Dymatize z-force: 4 Caps daily
Nu-Tek Pro5(protein): 2 scoops, 64 grams post-workout
Dymatize Xpand: 1 scoop pre-workout
PBL TRX(t2): 300mcgs (3 caps) daily
L-Dopa: 250mgs daily
PCT
Nolva: 20/20/10/10/10
All supports continued, plus Inhibit E and 1.5 grams of Tribulus. I also have letro that I might run during pct if any nip issues arise.
Diet
8:00am: 4 egg whites, 2 cups of oats with 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, and one smoothie consisting of 4 tablespoons of yogurt, handful of frozen strawberries/peaches, and a bannana.
10:00am: 2 chicken breast, 1 cup of brown rice, and a can of vegetables(either brocoli, corn, cauliflower, or carrots).
12:00pm: 2 chicken breast, 1 cup of brown rice, and a can of vegetables(either brocoli, corn, cauliflower, or carrots).
2:00pm: 2 chicken breast, 1 cup of brown rice, and a can of vegetables(either brocoli, corn, cauliflower, or carrots).
3:00pm: 1 scoop of Dymatize expand.
4:30pm: 2 scoops of Pro5, along with 1/2 cup of oats in shake.
5:30pm-6:00pm: Main dinner. Varies everyday, but consist of chicken, steak, or hamburger. A vegetable and rice or a pasta.
8:00pm: Another smoothie(same as breakfast smoothie), 4 tablespoons of protein, and an oats bar.
I have been following this diet for about a year and a half. It allows me to make great gains while staying relatively lean.

The cycle will begin as soon as bizzyb250 gets the Extreme Mass to me. After seeing my friends achieve some good gains with this(even though I personally don't agree with stacks, especially 3 ph's stacked in one product) I want to see how this works so others can see.![]()

The 2-ene.... never heard it short handed as that.
Is there any place that shows the dosages? Do the bottles now jw. Obviously you would know the dosing and it is nice to see. Really skimping on the 4-chloro, I would have a different scheme but that is me aI guess.

Truthfully I would like to see that a tad higher too but they knocked everything down a bit and added bioperine cause it was potent as heck before.....

Hey grambo Im 21, turning 22 in a few months. I am one of those guys that started early under the guidance of a doctor and a trainer. Thats why in a lot of threads I advice others not to start until they're 21. I am fine and all blood tests have always turned out good, but I still had natural potential to reach.
Thanks for stopping in though and I hope you follow it closely. Im hoping by using a product not widely used because of peoples fears in the stack, I can show not all stacks are terrible. I do agree though, most stacks aren't dosed the way they should be.

So I received the TS Forged Extreme Mass today and log will begin tomorrow! Tomorrow will be the first day of my training split as I took the weekend and today of to recover from training heavy the last few weeks to make sure Im good to go. Keep watching guys!!!

As of this morning Im up one pound which is great to see. Its prob just placebo effect, but I dont mind at all. Ive noticed a huge increase in vascularity already. Thanks I go in and hit it hard. I take barely no breaks at all. I guess thats why I dont have to do cardio besides genetics. And thanks for the gl, I hope this shows how legit Transform stuff is, even though most dont like stacks.
