Hey there PHF, I am in the middle of a epi/tren cycle and wanted to let you all know how this stack is going for me, and i'm hoping to get feedback/critique of what i have going on....
Cycle: i finished my 3rd week of RPN havoc/PP tren. dosing has been 30/30/40 on the epi and 100 on the tren. I hope to do 2 more weeks, maybe 3, at epi 40/tren 100. I don't get a real alpha feeling on this stack, it's just smooth strength gains in the gym. Weights feel lighter, but i dont feel like an animal as I did on hdrol/trenadrol.
Gains: strength gains have been unbelievable, my big 3 have all gone up a lot and i finally deadlifted 500 lbs. my starting weight was 183 and i'm now at 197. but this is due to the fact that i was in caloric deficit and had a lot of glycogen storing potential. I would say I've gained about 2-3% bf, but I don't care, I want to get to 200lbs for the first time in my life!
Sides: i learned about support supps the hard way, as I wasn't taking cycle support at full doses and blood pressure was bad for a bit there.I'm now doing 2 full doses of cycle support ED, and for tren I added in B6 at 200mg/day. I was taking 1 carboxy at night, but i think this was contributing to morning headaches. I'm prone to acne both on and post cycle, but it has been fine. I was afraid of tren destroying my sexual function, but i'm taking cabaser at .5 e3d, and HCG at 250iu 2xweek, and I think this has helped.
Diet; I'm roughly calorie counting to ensure I get between 3500-4000 calories. Mainly milk, chicken, eggs, brown rice, tuna, wheat pasta, sweet potatoes, protein powders, bagels, cheese, and STEEL CUT OATS. Try to get at least 1 to 1.5 cups a day. I was eating 100% clean the first couple weeks, but my weight gain stalled a bit so I'm getting dirtier on the diet to hit my goal of 200lbs.
Here are my progress pics, it's dissappointing to see that though the scale says i have 14 extra pounds, there doesn't look to be much of a difference other than added bf.The first one is at 183 and the second is at 197. I didn't show my legs because they are embarassing, I'm really hitting squats and legs hard to develop them. Leg pics will get posted with my final review.
Please critique what i've been doing so far, give me any input you think will be helpful in the second half of the cycle, and feel free to ask me any questions if you are thinking of this stack down the road (i highly recommend it!!)

Thanks man...yeah i just ran out of my multi and now i'm back on some generic multi vitamin. I need to get back on animal pak or orange triad or something better. Before i knew supplement warehouse would put fraudulent charges on my credit card i ripped them off and got 4 x 42packs of animal pak for like 15 a piece. Finally ran out.
Whatcha running for pct, I have left over nolva, I also have epi and tren that reached date that I wanna use up. I figure I get weeks from it if they didnt bunk
yeah dont fuck with supplement warehouse they fucked me good., Im thinking about saving cake and ordering like 30 lbs myofusion and closing my debit card. prices are awesome but you end up paying one way or another
I have 60mL of 50mg/mL clomid...so I'm going to run 75/50/25/25/25. i get emotional as shit, but it gets my libido back quicker...and I cant stand the bad facial acne nolva gives me. I'm using hcg right now, and will use it through the first week or 2 of PCT, so i hope PCT should be a breeze for me. i always lose gains by not eating enough in PCT, so i'm really gonna step it up this time and see if i hold onto strenght and mass better.
I know some dudes preload a virtual credit card and use that at supplement warehouse, because it's harder for them to steal. they do have a pretty sick deal on myo, what is it like 29.99 for the 5lb?
