Deadlift - 435
I just starting squating/deads again 2 weeks ago, my previous maxes were 405 squat ( hope to exceed that but not my main focus ) and 475 deadlift ( hope to acheive atleast 495 ( 5 plates ). I had a lowerback injury that was wise to rest for 2-3 months.
