    This will be a 11-oxo kicker into 11-oxo/Epistane stack into 11-oxo Bridge. Duration 10 weeks.

    Goal - Come down from 13-15% BF and hit 8-9%. The cycle will start out as a cut then turn into a recomp at maintinence calories starting week 3/4.

    11-oxo - 900/900/900/900/900/900/900/1200/1200/1200
    Epistane - 0/0/30/45/45/45/45/0/0/0 ( Epi is dosed at 15mg )

    PCT - Have Nolva/Clomid, will decide doses depending on blood tests/how shutdown I feel.

    I will be doing this cycle while using an IF eating style. Window of eating will be 6pm-12am.

    Dose timing ( First 2 doses are empty stomach due to IF eating style. )

    10 am - 3caps 11-oxo
    3pm - 3 caps 11-oxo/30 mg Epistane ( 1 1/2 hour preworkout )
    7pm - 6 caps 11-oxo/15mg Epistane ( Post workout )

    The idea with staggering my doses throughout the day is to utulize my feeding window of 6-12. During that time I want to have a good amount of the 11-oxo/Epi active to benefit from all the calories and help my body repair overnight. I am worried about fluctuating levels causing sides but at the same time this is the only setup that makes sense with how I eat.

    Cycle assist has been preloaded as well as a supp called Pressur-lo.

    Please do not insult my choice to eat according to an IF approach. If you would like to post I appreciate all the help and advice you have to give as a fellow PH user/bodybuilder. I am set with how I want to run this cycle, the only adjustment I am consider making is extending the Epistane from 5 weeks to 6.


    I havent decided how detailed this log will be however it will contain several pictures showing progress. Pictures will most likely be taken at the end of week 2, end of week 4, end of week 8, end of week 10, end of PCT.

    I tend to have an issue with sticking to a cut/recomp. I get on a compound and get trigger happy and BULK! I will attempt to control that urge and eat accordingly.

    My weight will not be included, sorry guys. I findI get far to caught up in my weight so for the past 3-4 months I have been going by the mirror hence the frequent update pictures.

    Here we go fellas! Day one and before pictures will be posted below. Updates can be expected at the least of each week, most likely more.

    Pictures are poor quality and lighting. Ill work on that. Estimating 13-15% at most 17%. This is exactly 1 week before starting my cycle today.


    Previous 1 Rep Max

    Bench - 300 ( Jumped from 275 to 300 exactly 1 week ago )

    Squat - 365

    Deadlift - 435

    I just starting squating/deads again 2 weeks ago, my previous maxes were 405 squat ( hope to exceed that but not my main focus ) and 475 deadlift ( hope to acheive atleast 495 ( 5 plates ). I had a lowerback injury that was wise to rest for 2-3 months.

    Day 1. Can you say PLACEBO

    I also started a job today so I wasnt able to start my dosing until 4 PM. I popped 6 11-oxo at 4 and hit the gym at 5.

    Today was chest, remember how I said I just set a PR on bench last monday? Jumping from 275 to 300... Hit 315 today for 1 rep, assuming this was purely placebo effect. In fact the whole workout was frickin awesome. Huge pump and set a little PR on tricep cable pulldowns. Was in a great mood the entire time and still am. Rewarded myself with a little carb load of pad thai post workout. ( Still going to sit under 2200-2300 calories today ). Hit 30 minutes of medium intensity cardio post workout as well.

    Placebo or not, im looking foward to the rest of this cycle fellas.

    Edit - took other 6 pills post workout ( Previous to eating my calories for the day ).

    Nice recomp cycle, my "if" is different than yours, i eat @ 9 - 10 am, then @ 3 - 4 pm, it's been working for me, have dropped 2% bf in 3-1/2 months, with weight lifting, no cardio

    damn i hope its the powder you grabbed, if it was the caps, for that price there are so many better options

    good luck on the cut tho

    ***spread the epi out a bit more, 15/15/15.....you want stable blood levels, not so much a high prewo and then for it to come down......once its in the blood after a week or two, it wont matter

    Ah, I forgot to explain in this post like I did the other. I recently go 12 bottles of 11-oxo through a trade of some other compounds I no longer wanted. Sense mine were far harder to obtain I probly ended up saving a buttload on what I would have actually payed for this cycle.

    As far as the Epistane dose, I had orginally considered this and ideally in 2 weeks it wont matter quite as much. However, sense my workout occurs post 3-4pm everyday and ALL of my calories are taken in from 6/7-11/12 I beleive it makes sense to stagger the 11-oxo/Epi to have as much active in my system during these times allowing them to utilize the workout/food. After all, you cant build a house without bricks, just like a PH cant help you grow without food.

    Day 2

    Im not going to use the word placebo anymore. I will just make my post and let you decide if its in my head or from the 11-oxo :P

    Back day.... Aka Deadlifts. PR

    I just deadlifted last tuesday for the first time in a longgg time. Worked my way up to 435s for 1 rep just barely getting it.

    That brings us to today. PR of 455. Damn did I struggle to get it but I sure as shit locked it out. My workout was just insane, endless endurance and an awesome pump. Visually I am seeing a difference too. Whether this is from the 11-oxo or the past week of cutting the veins on my forearms and biceps are much more pronounced, even had a lifting friend point it out. As far as my mood... Ive been on cloud nine, it could be from starting my cycle finally but damn I had SOOO much family drama today and yet here I sit in a damn good mood ready to kick it with some buddies.

    Ill try and adapt a cleaner look to how I update but I really rather treat this log as more of a journal, so you might have to skim through some of my rambling.

    Thanks for the support guys. Yea if I am able to control the urge to bulk then this should be a sickkkk recomp cycle. I just have to keep reminding myself that once I start the epistane I get to ramp my calories up to maintenance and start seeing even better strength increases.

    Side note - Sleep has been awesome the past 2 nights which is rare for me.

    Yesterday was just some cardio and an 8 hour shift at work. I am doing legs/shoulders today and was curious to once again put my placebo powers to the test so I carb loaded/ate at maintanence calories yesterday.

    Any advice on how I should be reporting in this log? Im assuming I need to get out of the first week or two before people start following it and chances are after the first set of after pics ill get a few more in here as well sense im not including weight.

    Any advice on how to log this is welcome.

    Will be reporting on Day 4 after my working later.

    Day 4

    Dose - 900mg 11-oxo

    Workout - Legs/Shoulders. Played it safe and did 5 sets squats at 315 for 10 reps. I think I changed my mind, I dont want to rehurt my knee from squats and ruin my deadlifts this cycle, going to keep it high reps. Seated shoulder press 85s for 4 reps on my last set. Last week I barely got 70s for 5 reps.

    Negative Sides - Headache/upset stomach for about an hour today after my first dose.

    Positive sides - Im literally on cloud nine, great mood from the start of my day till the end. Great pumps during my workout that last the duration, Vascularity has noticably improved in just 4 days. Slight hardening of muscles has occured, looking noticably leaner then the before pics.

    Diet - 1 week prior to my cycle I was at 2200 cals. On day 4 I have now bumped my calories up to 2600 until week 3. Hitting 60-90gs of Fat 250-300gs of protein and rest carbs. I weigh about 220-230 lbs at 6 foot 2 inches.

    I may take a quick picture on day 7 to show how quick this compound kicked in with a proper diet/cardio.

    Dose

    900mg 11-oxo

    Workout

    Tricep/Bicep/Forearm ( Not going to be listing full workouts, just a bit of this and that ).

    Close Grip Bench 245 x 2. Up from 225 x 1 last week.
    Skullcrusher 110lbs x 6. Up from 100lb x 5 last week.
    Seated Bicep Curl 50lb DBs x8. Up from 45lb DBs x6 last week.


    Negative Sides

    Short tempered - Im usually the calmest guy and not aggressive in social situations at all but I had the urge to lay a guy out last night, hes even a friend of mine.

    Acne - Skin is more oily, few more blotches on the face, couple more pimples on shoulders/back.

    Back Pumps - Ive been taking 5g of Taurine, definatly going to bump it up once I start the Epistane.

    Positive sides

    Physique - My arms were straight up JACKED tonight. Huge pump, felt like I was flexing the entire workout. Veins were popping out on biceps and forearms, vascularity is definatly increaseing. Muscles are starting to have that hardened feeling certain compounds yield, I would compare it to Anavar.

    Mood - Excellent, very talkative and all smiles most of the day. Offering spots to random people and even gave up my DBs for a guy and bumped up 5lbs.

    Diet

    Hit my protein/fat requirements for the day in addition to some post workout carbs. Sitting at 2,000 calories right now. Going out tonight and tomorrow so leaving the extra 600 cals just in case I give in to party food. If I dont ill knock back a shake with a scoop of PB before bed.


    Side Notes

    Anavar is known to kick in around the 1-2 week mark and when ran it I had results on day 1. Im really not a big placebo guy, I just respond quickly to compounds. I would honestly say 11-oxo is compareable to the Anavar I ran. Hardening, vascularity, strength jumps, im sure Anavar is far stronger but so far the effects are very similar.

    Wont be anything to report today or tomorrow.

    Was helping my neighbor move out this morning and noticed that my wrists/forearms and left shoulder are just shot. Definatly need to take 2-3 days rest and be careful how hard I push it until my calories are upped and im on Epistane.

    Decided to rearrange my workout split as well. Switching to a 5 day split. 30 Minutes cardio post workout on most days.

    Day 1 Chest
    Day 2 Back
    Day 3 Legs/Shoulders
    Day 4 Arms
    Day 5 Off/Abbs/Calfs

    Repeat

    Workout

    Abbs/Obliques/Calfs ( Not going to be listing full workouts, just a bit of this and that ).

    Not much to say, boring bodyparts to workout.

    Negative Sides

    Aggression - Im noticing a bit of an Alpha feeling. I dont let it go to my head but I jumped at the first indication of a fight last night hoping to get in on it. It only lasted a second before I reigned control.

    Acne - Definatly getting worse. Started Vitamin B5 at 10 Grams a day. Bought some 10% BA cream as well.

    Back Pumps - Upping taurine to 7gs today.

    Positive sides

    Physique - 4 pack is poking its pretty little head out to say hello. Noticablly different then the before picture. Looks more like 5-6 weeks between that pic and my current body.

    Mood - High on life... Really not more I can say about it. Just damn positive allllll day long.

    Libido - Incredibly horny lately, most of which has to do with a girl being back in town for a few days that im quite fond of. You know what happend

    Diet

    Getting about 2400-2600 cals a day. 250g + Protein, 60 + Fat, rest carbs ( Thats the bare minimum ill hit, I often go higher with pro/fats )

    Side Notes

    My body is hating me right now. My forearms/shoulders/wrists are very overtrained to say the least. I have to get through the next 3 days of lifting and then a nice 3 day break before I start the Epistane.

    Started Animal Flex today in addition to my fish oil/orange triad.

    Will post Day 8 tonight after a most likely unenjoyable back workout.

    Update:

    I will be continue with 900mg of 11-oxo the rest of this week and throughout my cycle. However... I beleive I will either be starting a new log or at the least getting my log re-titled as I am going to be changing the format/doses of the cycle significantly. I will post pictures on day 14 to represent what can be done in 2 weeks with 900mgs of 11-oxo and a 500-700 deficit.

    If your main goal is body fat loss then the way you have it set up looks like win. I will toss up a fresh pic on sunday/monday and you will see just how effective a 2 week kickstart can be with 11-oxo

    As far as my cycle. The issue I am having is I beleive there will be controversy over my new dose/cycle length and I dont want to give new users the wrong impression on what is or isnt safe with PHs.

    I am strongly considering either posting up a large review with my cycle laid out and results including weight/pics from before after and during but that wont be until the end of my cycle. I am still toying with the idea of starting a log a few weeks into my Epistane dosing once the ball is rolling and people will just have to accept my cycle layout or dont comment and let the risk be enjoyed instead of prosecuted.
