im turning 20 in august please dont bash me ive made my decision and ill deal with the consequences. im 5'11" and 165lbs(first thing in the morning after i take a shit lol im 170 during the day). ive gained quite a bit of weight and muscle since i started working out i used to be 142lbs. im naturally skinny fat and i tend to store a bit of fat around my midsection only. i aim for 3k+ cal a day and my goal is to put on 10lbs of lean mass. i workout in my basement ill post pics of all my equipment soon its pretty awesome i have everything i need.

day 1
took it this morning with olive oil and grape juice before breakfast and again in the afternoon with a chicken sandwich. no sides. my right shoulder has been killing me when benching lately but im gonna suck it up and deal with it tomorrow. im bumping it to 30mg tomorrow. pics coming soon

chest and shoulders. mediocre workout today. i definitely miss taking a pre workout energy supplement. my back felt a bit stiff today im not sure if thats back pumps and its a bit early for that.
gonna go on a cut later this year to lose my belly fat and i want to make my pecs to look better too.

back workout was pretty awesome. it started off slow and i thought i was gonna have a shitty workout like yesterday because of missing my preworkout drink. halfway through my workout i just started feeling good and i finished out my workout strong.

Eat some clean food man...whole wheat bread sandwiches with chicken breast,pband jelly sandwiches with a glass of milk,take some weight gainer shakes but don't depend on just shakes,you know what I'm saying. Eat good clean food every two hours or when you feel hungry and you should be good. Your a pretty skinny dude so don't worry about getting fat as long as you eat clean your gonna be good.
Nah I havnt ran epi...but in a couple of months I will!!!!!!.....lol....I'm trynna drop my bodyfat a little before I run my cycle...but I'm getting anxious! Haha

leg and abs today. this is usually my least favorite day. i was just off today during my workout and i felt tired. im definitely missing my preworkout drink. tomorrow is arms which is by far my favorite day.
no sides today. back stiffness is gone

arms day. i felt a bit lethargic during the workout but it was a pretty good workout and i had a slight strength increase today.

Weightgainer shakes are garbage imo. Waste of money and filled with junk.
Yeah I don't see many running IBE. I have 3 bottles (IBE) awaiting a cycle haha.

The only weightgainer I fuck with is true mass....all the others ones I'm my opinion are loaded with a shitload of sugar...true mass has worked for me postworkout...I get the fast carbs,protein and calories.

day 8 30mg
off day. i posted my weight earlier today 170(+5). my muscles feel fuller and harder and i feel like my midsection has slimmed down a little bit. the only thing that sucks is the fact that im not using my preworkout drink ive become somewhat dependent on it because when i first started working out i always had a hard time maintaining energy and staying focused and it really helped me lift and put on weight. i really want to bump it up to 40mg now but i want to play it safe and damage my liver as little as possible.
