    1st log - DF M-Stane log

    Be gentle this is my first log. I decided to post a cycle because I have seen only 2 M-Stane logs. My goal is good lean mass gains.

    Seeing as this is my first log and only 3rd cycle, please hit me with some input if you see anything out of whack or have a suggestion for something different or just a comment.

    This cycle started out poorly, I guess you could say. I wanted to do bloodwork and get cold measurements before I started, but I forgot to fast the day before my bloods and my wife got me up early Sunday and had me helping her sister move, so no cold measurements. Started the cycle anyway on Sunday, May 29th.

    Sunday was an off training day for me. Help my sister in-law move. All was good, but then again I didn't expect to feel any different from the 1st day of the cycle.

    Monday (chest/Bi) - Gym closed early for the holiday, so I had to workout earlier than usual. I found that my body just does not like to respond and I can't lift as much or with the same intensity in the morning or mid-day as I can in the evening. Took 2 scoops of Jack3d pre-workout and felt I had a decent workout. Ate like crazy, but my appetite is gone. I'm eating much slower than usual and it seems like I can barely finish one meal before it's time for the next. Added a lot of complex carbs into my diet. Played basketball for 2.75 hrs and sweated more than usual, but that could have been because I was playing harder. I usually play right after my workout and I'm pretty much beat, but this time I got a good 8 hours rest.

    Tuesday (Back/Abs) - Woke up with a killer headache and took some IB. Check BP and it was good. I fall into the pre-hypertension range and it was average for me. Forgot to step on the scale. Chest and Bi's are more sore than usual, but I hit it harder yesterday than I have been in the past, just so I can get the most out of my cycle. Feeling drained, but that's normal for me. I have severe environmental allegies and take 4 medications a day that all say, "may cause drowsiness" and they do. I have taken myself off of the meds for a week and I had so much energy that I felt like I was on crack...lol..But then paid for it 10 fold when the allergies kicked my butt. Appetite still not there..force feeding myself so I can get all my Ks, protein, fats and carbs. Looking forward to my workout tonight.

    What is your age? What is your cycle history?

    You need at least Nolva: 20/20/10/10 for this cycle of Superdrol.

    Nolva: 20/20/20/10/10 would probably be better.

    I have another thread with that information, but I don't have enough posts yet to link to it so here goes
    I'm 39YO. I've ran 2 cycles of H-Drol, one at 50/50/50/50 and the second @ 75/75/75/150/150/150 with Epi started on week 4 @ 10/10/10 both with basically the same pre-on and post cycle as above, but only 10mg of Nolva.

    Doh! the Nolva cycle was supposed to be 20/20/20/20 maybe adding 10/10. Thanks for catching that.

    When should I actually start Nolva and PCT, the day after my last dosage of mdrol, a couple of days before the last dosage or during the last week of the cycle?

    Use Nolva: 20/20/20/10/10

    Start the next day after taking the last dose of M-drol. Example: take your last dose of M-drol Friday. Dose Nolva 20mg Saturday.

    i wouldnt even waste the extra mt on cycle and 3g seems kinda high. hb in pct prolly isnt necessary. no point taking ba, kre-alk or arginine on cycle either. infact i would never take any of those as arginine is useless, ka is over-hyped and ba doesnt work great for me. everything else looks fine. good luck

    The low dose of epi and jump in hdrol were "bottle finishers". I was doing an hdrol cycle and a buddy was doing an hdrol/epi stack when he got kidney stones and went off cycle. He gave me the remainder of his stash so I did some more research and since I wasn't having a single side I decided to up the dosage of hdrol and add in the epi. I started getting back and calf pumps @ 150, but no other sides. On that cycle I gained about 15-20lbs and lost 2-3% body fat. Kept about 85% of my mass gains, but only about 75-80% of my strength gains. I had a physical scheduled after my PCT and bloodwork came back good, so I guess it was a good cycle.

    Thanks for the input. I'll drop or reduce the extra mt on cycle and hb from pct.

    I guess my body is just receptive to ba, kre-alk and arginine. I've played lab rat with myself and they seem to make a difference.
    I took them for a month then went off for a month and noted the difference.
    Then, with the help of my wife, I did the same thing again after a month off, but this time I had her put my vitamins/sups in pill containers for two months, One month with and one month without. I took my pills sight unseen and all at once so I had no idea what I was taking. Good thing I trust her, that would have been the perfect opportunity to poison me. LOL. She didn't tell me if they were in there or not and I never looked. I noted the difference during the two months then told her which month I thought they were in based on performance and I was correct. Not exactly scientific and of course it was a 50/50 shot, but nontheless they seem to work for me.

    I've been slacking on the updates.

    Wednesday (Shoulder/Triceps) Had a good day, definitely feeling lethargic, though. Had a great workout, strength seems to be up a little, but I'm not expecting much change in the first week. One weird side I've has is rage while working out, but only in the set. It subsides as soon as my set is over. Blood pressure seems to be up a bit, but I'm still in the pre-hypertension range so I'm not to concerned at this point.
    Thursday (Legs) Strength seems to be up quite a bit. Up 30lbs in squats and able to complete all my reps in 5x5. I feel I could have gone heavier. Again I was raging during my sets but that is gone as soon as the set is finished, still a really freaky feeling. Played basket ball for about 1.5hours.
    Friday-Sunday (off days) Took the family camping. We did about 25 miles of hiking, but no other significant exercise. Legs were sore from Thursday and it made hiking LOADS of fun.

    Week 2
    Monday - Feeling good, had a great nights sleep. Libido has not been afftected yet, as has been reported on other sdrol logs. As a matter of fact, I actually think it might be up a little. lol. Feeling good and eating like a mad man. My appetite is still down, but I'm eating anyway. Scale this morning said 195, but I'm guessing that is water weight. I will have a better idea tomorrow morning after my workout tonight and about 3 hours of basketball. Curious to see if the rage while in set is still happening.

    Week 2
    Tuesday - Rage while lifting has subsided for the most part. Had a good workout last night, no notable changes in strength or mass. Weighed myself this morning and I'm up 3 lbs to 193, but I think it's more belly fat.... :/.. Based on all the sdrol logs I've read I thought I would see some strength and/or mass gains by now.

    I forgot to note something I noticed on Sunday that was different. My chest and shoulders are more vascular. I'm naturally very vascular and when I workout my shoulders and chest really "pop", but Sunday was the last day of 3 days off training and my chest and shoulders were showing some vascularity.

    Week 2 Wednesday - I've noticed that a couple of the capsules of M-Stane are not full, while others are. At first I thought it was just that the two capsule halves were pressed together tighter than others, but I compared them and that's not the case. If I can find some contact info for Dynamic Formulas and ask them about. Anyone have contact info?

    Last nights workout was good. Maybe I'm just expecting too much, but I thought with sdrol being stronger than hdrol, I would see something by now....

    I don't have any contact info but there have been threads asking questions like this before. Something like when filling the pills some end up with more filler than others but it's all based on average weight or something so they all should still have the same amount of active ingredient in them.

    And you're only taking 10mg a day right now, right? I bet when you hit 20 you'll see some pretty good results

    I wouldn't worry about this Man. Just trust that you're getting the actives. You've got outfits selling this stuff and they are ligit and only sell legit stuff. Trust that.

    Im in on this log! I just picked up a bottle of M-Stane for future use and am curious myself how it compares to other SD clones. I cant find many logs or reviews on it. Im looking forward to your updates!

    Great to see you log this. You are right, there is a shortage of logs on this stuff. I just got my bottle yesterday and will probably start it next week. Just need to get some things in my pct lined up. Keep up the great work!

    I could kick myself, lol. I spent about 2 hour trying to find contact info for DF and it's right on the bottle. It's not valid apparently, but it's there. Lol. If you guys think it's okay, I guess I'll just go with it, but it still bothers me. Lol.

    Last night was awesome. I haven't done squats in 15 or more years and started again 5 weeks ago at 135x5 then 155x5, and so on. Week before my cycle I was @ 215x5. First week on cycle, last Thursday, was 245x5 and yesterday was 280x5 for 5 sets and then 295x2 just to see if I could get it.

    Thanks for all the input and I'll do my best to keep a good log.

    Side note, I may have a little shedding, but I may just be paying closer attention and be paranoid.

    Started 20mg on Sunday. Mondays workout was a good one, maybe a little more strength, but gym bros are starting to comment on size. I measured my arm cold flex and it looks like I have gained about 1/2" so far, but that is based off measurements taken about 2-3 weeks before my cycle.
    Tuesday was good, strength feels like it's up and getting more unsolicited comments on size gains, but the scale doesn't seem to reflect. Looks like I have shed a little fat also. BIA scale says body fat is up and muscle mass is down, but I don't really trust the results of the scale because the mirror and comments carry more validity.

    And probably what more people want to know. Appetite is back a little more, but still not feeling like eating as much as I do, lol. No sides as of yet, I did back tonight and thought I might have some back pumps since I had them a little with H-Drol @ 150mg, but so far so good.

    When should I get bloods, after cycle during pct or after pct?

    Sounds good. Sounds like you're leaning out well.

    If you want bloodwork, you should wait a few weeks after PCT and get it then.

    Missed some updates, sorry guys. Nothing really to report on the 3rd week. Only sides so far are morning wood and libido increases. Workouts have been good with little gains, but nothing to write home about

    Started week 4 @ 20mg (Final week of cycle). Had a great workout last night strength is up a lot and size is up a little. Had some additional sides. Had back pumps last night, but they were not bad enough to interfere with my workout. Maybe have some backne, but I’m not sure, never had it as a youth and this looks more like a rash. put some Caladryl on it and we will see if it clears up.
    Doing back and abs tonight, crossing fingers for no back pumps.

    Try to get some Benzoyl Peroxide cream or gel, and either apply it or have your girl apply it to the acne. B5 will also help. Start with 1 gm/day and work your way up if you need to.

    Thanks for the tip. Caladryl worked a little, but the benzoyl peroxide seems to be working much better.
    Back workout was good, still having back pumps, but I pushed through and completed my workout. I'm kind of bummed that I'm only seeing good results in the last week of the cycle..

    btw, the caps are most likely just low on filler. The actual amount of active ingredient is very small compared to the size of the caps.

    I'm up about 6-8 lbs but I know some of that is body fat.

    Looking in the bottle I have about a weeks worth of caps @ 20mg after this week is done. Would it be irresponsible to run it one more week to finish the bottle?
