    SUPER MASS Cycle log. First time Superdrol use.

    All the research points to Superdrol being a proven competitor over many + the price is unbeatable. Given that it's also the most harsh on your organs, I'm going to do this cycle light, no heavy dosing in the beginning, and no high dosing toward the end if I am getting decent results of the mid range.


    Goal: Gain 10lbs + of true mass, hopefully minimal fat, and be at my ideal mass prior to cutting.

    Cycle:


    Super Mass| 10/10/15/15.
    Might go to 20 on the last week depending on sides, but this is highly unlikely given that the dosage at 10mg is already pretty damn strong for me now.
    Finigenx Magnum/ DHEA tren clone/ (will use only if I can't handle the lethargy)
    Krealcalyn EFX.
    Animal Pak

    Whey / 6 star/ on's GS whey/etc.
    Casein / BSN Syntha-6 / night time.
    Fish oil
    Liver Support | Anabolic Xtreme perfect cycle.
    Pre-workout| TBD. Possibly Hemo Rage.

    PCT:

    SERM: Clomid | 50/50/25/25
    anti-estrogen | PES Erase: (for use when coming off the SERM)
    Test booster: TITANIUM
    Liver detox | Organ Shield

    Age: 28
    Height 6"
    Weight: 219lbs

    Bench Max: 315 x 1
    Dumbbell Press x 140's x 2-3
    Dead Lift: 450-475 depending on the day.
    Squat: 315-335 (pathetic)

    I hope achieve 500lb deadlift, and over 405 on squat. My chest is already massive so it's not my primary target of focus. I want my legs and back to be substantially bigger than it is currently.

    Day 1-3:


    I started this cycle on the 15th of July, on an off day from the gym to see what it was like by itself w/o any added fatigue.


    Sides are increased appetite, increased need for sleep, no mood swings as of yet, I feel slightly off my game when I'm on this stuff, though. sort of a light-headed, tired feeling. I"m guessing this is what most people are referring to as lethargy. No one has ever described theirs in depth, in any other cycle logs other than that they've experienced it, so this is what I've felt thus far. It goes away as the day progresses. It's generally pretty bad when I wake up, and I'm only on 10mg at the moment. I hope it doesn't continue to get worse as I go higher in dosage later on. Other logs have claimed it to go away after the 2nd week or so in the cycle. I guess we'll see. No signs of libido issues as of yet.


    Gains: I feel bigger already, much healthier, more motivated, All I wanna do it destroy the gym and everyone in it; not hard to do since I live in a town full of pussies. So far I like the way I feel and the sides described above, are all worth dealing with at this point. Ofc, this is very early on in the cycle, but I do feel "ON" so to speak.

    The difference in motivation in the gym dwarf that of what I felt on Epi when I cycled it. I am a bit anxious to see what I will be like in the upcoming weeks.

    Superdrol is a awesome DS. I took PP's SD-lv and I loved it. I had no sides to speak of, maybe because of the quality but my mass and strength gains were crazy, did not want to get off. Enjoy the ride.

    Day 4


    My hunger is out of control. I slipped up and ate Mc D's today which was full of worthless calories. I'm having to pre-make my meals in advance and cook huge bags of chicken and steak, and eat it throughout the week. I don't think I've ever felt this hungry from anything else.

    Today, I worked on my back.

    Rows with 150'lb dumbbells
    Light deadlift: 435lbs.
    And the usual Pullies.
    Curls
    etc


    I have pain in my right hip. Most likely from trying to lift too much while cutting. I might have to chill out till like Saturday and then go again. All I can think about is working out TBH, but I might just chill for a few days and hopefully the SD will accelerate my healing to a suitable point.

    taking glucosamine + Ibuprofen to get rid of the join eche.

    Other than that, I don't really have an issue. I'll just have to take it easy on the dead lifts and squats until this goes away.

    I am also not experiencing any adverse side effects as of now. I might jump to 15mg within the next couple of days if all goes well. I also started taking the Finigenx Magnum to aid with the lethargy issues. So far, my experience on this is great.

    Day 5

    Lethargy is gone. I've been doing a mild dose of Tren DHEA (About 3ml as opposed to the recommended 6ml). I am really only taking it as the missing link. I want to avoid as many sides as possible. As of now, I really have none.

    At 10mg
    No acne
    No mood instability
    No back pumps
    No more lethargy.

    I feel great. I was a little unmotivated going into the gym today, but I blame that primarily on it being rainy and gloomy outside from the monsoons. Once I got going, I stayed going. I got up some good weight for shoulders. I'm definitely able to handle the weight better than usual. I feel more confident in the weight I can put up.


    I think I've warn out my body for this week. I need a day or 2 of resting (will be hard to resist), but I'll be back in there by Saturday morning most likely. 2 good nights of rest is plenty.

    Day 5 = pretty damn good so far. I hope I don't eat my words later on.

    Day 6 -9

    Dosage 15 MG
    Sides: Minimal if any
    Gains: Substantial


    Went from 216 dry weight in the morning to 221'ish w/ 5lb flux throughout the day. I honestly felt I had more side effects with Epi then on this at 15MG.

    With the increased dosing to 15mg, some of the lethargy came back, but it was minimal and disipated throughout the week. I'm going to dose at 20mg starting today. and do it for another 5 days. Depending on sides from that, I might go to 25mg.

    My new goal it so go off SD on week 3 at 20/25 MG and follow up with Epi for 2 weeks.

    I just need to find out what a good startoff for epi would be after 20/25mg of SD would be. Any thoughts?

    Glad to hear that your cycle is going well. Really interested with the lethargy. I will go no higher the 15mg for myself but if your going up and you are not to tired, those are good signs. How is the strength gains???

    I think they are gaining. They are slow, but steady I suppose. I'm not using a pre-workout YET, so I'd say that for not using a pre-workout, I'm getting damn good stamina and motivation to press through.


    I hurt my hip sometime last week, deadlifting around 500lbs so that's a big downer, but I did pretty well with shoulders/bi's tonight.

    SUPER DROL IS KING!!! On day 15 of my first SD cycle and feeling like an abosolute monster. Doing 20/20/20/20 followed by 4 weeks of 11 oxo dosed around 1g. Then proper Pct of course.. I think 5mg pills is perfect for SD. I'm getting some pretty oily skin and acne @ 20.. but the gains are coming along really nice so far..

    I put up 300 on incline bench. never did that before. safe to say that there is a definite increase in strength. I look much bigger than usual, it's pretty damn sweet.

    I think 20mg is the dosage for me. can't see pushing it up farther than that. at 15mg, Supermass is pretty hard on the liver, and I'm already at 20 with minimal sides. Ima stay here for the next couple weeks. Arms are at 17 inches. IDk if that's big or not, but it's big for me I suppose since I've always been able to lift a lot more than I look like I can.

    I definitely want to go on epi for at least two weeks, to get that dried out hard look after I put on all this freakin mass ;D Weighing in at 225/226.. steadily going up. I don't see much fat being added. I do feel somewhat bloated, but IDk if it's in my head or what.

    Day 12, body's really stressed so I'm giving it a day off. I'll hit the gym Saturday or so, and give back a report. definitely pulling the plug on the epi stack.

    OK Day 14: Judgement Day.


    Ok, I had to make a big decision today.

    On my last bulking cycle (no PH's or AAS's), I had very decent gains in both strength and mass. When it came to time for cutting cycle, I wasn't so thrilled to give up all the strength I had achieved. Thus, I was trying to lift the same amount of heavy-ass weight (that I did at 235lbs), at 216lbs when I knew I should have decreased in weight. The result, I put a lot of strain on my body and my joints.

    Today, I walked in the gym, tried a few exercises, and it was pretty painful and demotivating. My joints are cracking every other second when I walk, my hip hurts still (the biggest issue out of all of it) and I can't see going up in weight anymore and making my body overly stressed to the point where it may not be able to recover from it.

    -Since I am recovering from this hip flexor strain, I can't do any squats or deadlifting of any kind (fuck my life), which eliminates 2/3 of the major compound exercises for gaining serious muscle.

    - My joint need time to heal and recover, So I have to lift lighter regardless. (fuck my lyfe)

    What I did accomplish off of Super mass (Superdrol Clone)

    - increased motivation and size.

    Bench/ Dumbbell press (The only major compound exercise that I was able to do) I didn't really try that hard, and I got huge strength gains in like a week and a half.

    Bench stats: Before:
    incline: 260 | Flat: 275 | Dumbbells: 130's/(able to rep/ no spot needed) 140's (spot needed)

    Bench stats during: (10 days into the cycle)
    Incline: 300 | Flat: 315 | Dumbbells: 150's (no spot needed)


    -There was a noticeable change in mass to my body. It was also all clean Mass, no dirty mass. I was really surprised at this, and how I was still able to have a cut look with it.

    Side Effects:
    Lethargy: Sets in with initial dosage, and during increases in dosage | dissipates (or goes away completely) over time on a set dosage. I did sleep more than usual, and take more in-day naps, which I didn't mind since sleeping is the basis for recovery. It wasn't nothing that was life changing, burdening, nothing I couldn't deal with.

    Acne: None

    Mood Swings: None normally (a little more irratated than usual when I was tired(off lethargy mainly) but no sudden changes out of the norm generally.

    Backpumps : None



    Thats only a week and a half into the cycle, and I accomplished gains that I had been trying to achieve for almost 2 years now. That's freakin amazing to me. If I wasn't such an idiot on my cut cycle prior, I probably could have done some serious damage and blown away all my personal records.

    Super Mass is no joke, it's the real thing. One month on this + ample knowledge and experience in the gym + the correct motivation + being healthy prior to going on the cycle = Huge possibilities for serious gains in both mass and strength.


    In order to not make this cycle a complete waste, I'm going to cut the SD and go into Epi (4-5 weeks). I think this is the best thing to do now. I can decrease weight, get cut, and hopefully feel better after this cycle is over.     I am a definite fan of SD, and I will be stacking it with Andro-Mass in the Winter (when my body is recovered, healthy, and ready). After just a taste of this stuff, I can't wait to do it again.

    Probably do 15mg SD + reg dosage of AM, when I do do it so I can get the added edge without all the strain on organs and liver from 20mg SD ( what I was on recently)

    Ok, sorry for not posting in a while


    Well, I was cycling in 20mg of epi during my last week in SD. Then I went to 30, and now 40mg a day. Gotta say, I still have a retarded amount of strength left, and I still feel on top of the world.


    I dead lifted for the first time in almost 3 weeks... This idiot owner at the gym yelled at me for making too much noise and supposedly dropping the weights. This pussy wears sandles around the gym. who the fuck can't follow their own gym's rules? I'd go to a different gym, but the rest of em are all shit. >_>

    Anyways, Didn't feel too bad today. went up to 435lbs on dead lift, and took it easy. Did upper back, lats, etc + isolated bicep workouts.

    I still look like a beast. I while ago, I stacked Epi with Lipo 6 black, and I got pretty impressive results off it.


    I"m also stacking Trenazone now with the epi for an added boost. Pretty nuts, you can actually feel it seep into your skin. I've been using it on my forarms. I wait till about 20 minutes before I go to the gym and do about 6 sprays. It's pretty nuts. Gotta say, I've loved all the tren clones I've ever used, but this one is the best cause it's taken in with no issues at all.

    I think the tren is giving me a good edge. I know I didn't feel anything after a week on epi, so I'm guessing this is doing the dirty work in the wait for the epi to truly kick in. I'll stay at 40mg of epi for the time being, probably until the 4th or 5th week on.
