    Yes, I believe that is correct. Also, most take it at night before bed. I start PCT Saturday from my first cycle, HDrol. Gained about 10, mostly muscle. I slowed cardio to two days a week, wrong answer. That and my usually pretty solid diet was not 100%. I want to run this stack for my next cycle.
    Sounds like your ready for PCT, ready to see how it goes. Stay strong, lift hard, keep the gains. How'd the BF % go for you? Any increase? Did you feel you leaned out some , stayed the same?

    My bf% actually decreased 2%. Maybe because diet.... for the most part... was kept in check and cals were around 2 to 2.5 daily. I'm sure if I'd have eaten 3k+ I could have gained a lot more, but this was a recomp. I'm right now the strongest I've been in my life. After a week on PCT I have noticed muscles not as swollen as I was the last week on cycle but that was expected. Time to keep working my ass off in the gym and try to keep as much gain as possible.

    Lift as you did when on cycle, go heavy but pay attention to your joints and listen to your body.
    Keep your calories at a moderate surplus and you should come out of PCT with a positive degree of gain retention.

    Don't let glycogen and water depletion psyche you out, it's natural to see the scale dip a bit.
    Keep your carb and protein intake high as well!
