    6 weeks of Epi/Stano (first run)



    What's up guys, Iv'e been pre-loading for the past ten days with HB and NAC and I start this cycle on Friday. This is my first cycle so I want to do it right. Any suggestions or comments are welcome!

    Epi- 30/40/50/50/40/40
    Stano- 600 mg all six weeks
    Cycle support
    fish oil
    mutli

    PCT
    Got some Torem on the way, seen a lot of different ways to dose it any suggestions?
    Recycle
    DAA
    Lean Extreme
    Creatine

    Little info on myself. About 5'11, I fluctuate between 198 and 203 at around 10% bf.
    My diet is really strict high protein, high carb, moderate healthy fats. I'll be eating around maintenance so around 3200 to 3500 cals a day but I'm gonna bump it up around 4000 a day during pct to help keep my gains. Again any suggestions are welcome!

    I was thinking of doing the same thing, as a second cycle, Epi alone was first.

    Just run the Epi at 40 right through. maybe 50 at week 3 if blood pressure/pumps are OK.

    The epi alone made me lathargic for a couple of weeks at the end, the stano should stop that.

    I was advised to run the stano at 800mg or 1000mg right through.
    Im not sure this will give better gains, and 600 may do what you are looking for anyway.

    As for PCT, I only have experience with Nolva.

    Hopefully someone else will chip in.

    Yea Iv'e read that Epi is pretty notorious for lethargy so I picked up some stano. I might bump up the stano at week 4 to 800 depending on how I feel on 600. Overall how was epi for you?

    Made solid gains, in both strength and size.

    I was unsure of wither i was recomp-ing, cutting or bulking.
    So i wish i had this planned out before.

    I went for more recomp. but changed mind a few times and had a week of mega bulking (had a chicken peperoni pizza sandwich one day...LOL).
    Messed about with dosages too.went: 30/30/40/50/50/20 (as a taper down week... was more taper than a straight drop)
    Tried 60mg/day, but pumps were bad, and sleep was difficult (i think due to blood pressure)


    Gained about 6 solid kg (bout 10-12 pounds) and kept all the weight, lost some of the conditioning (mostly vasculatity) and kept all strength gained.

    Got gyno worries. (for details look at previous threads of mine :P)
    Been left with slightly puffy nips now though.

    That's good man, not a lot of people keep all of their gains. I'm hoping for about 5 lbs in lbm but if I get 10 I would be stoked lol

    Day 1

    40mg epi/800mg stano

    Obviously nothing different about today but had a good leg workout nonetheless. I've eaten about 2800 calories up to this point and still have a couple meals to go tonight so all in all today was a good day. Got chest tomorrow

    Yep, stano at 800mgs is the sweet spot. Will help you out with sides and give your muscles a much harder and fuller feel/look. Great stuff.

    Just starting my first cycle myself, and am also running Stano-200 @ 600mg per day, but with 20mg of Powerdrol 10.

    Day 2

    40mg epi/800mg stano

    Hit chest today and had a good workout. Still can't feel it but I'm not expecting to for another week or so. Nothing to do with epi but I hit a PR today I pressed the 120lbs DB's today for 7 reps so felt pretty good about that, tomorrow is an off day day so I will post again on Monday.

    Does it really matter what time and what mg's I take my stuff at? I wake up and take 20 mg's of epi and 400 mg's of stano and then I do the same again at 5:00 pm.

    I know that the half-life differs on some of this stuff, but I think the main thing to focus on is consistency.

    Try to take the stuff at the same times every day.
