As the title says, this will be my first cycle so I've decided to start with H-Drol. I have some Epi on the way so I may throw this in at the same time, bridge into it, or just wait until after I am done. The only thing with waiting until I am finished with this cycle im not 100% sure of is how long afterwards i should wait to start the epi...i think im pushing it if i want to be done by December 20.
Here is what I'll be doing.
6 Week Cycle:
H-Drol - 50/75/75/100/100/125
Cycle Assist - 4am/4pm
Multivitamin - 1am/1pm
Fish Oils - 3am/3pm
Taurine - 5g before workouts
DAA - 3g daily on last week
4 Week PCT:
Clomid - 50/50/25/25
Erase - 0/0/3/2/1
Cycle Assist - 4am/4pm
Multivitamin - 1am/1pm
Fish Oils - 3am/3pm
DAA - 3g daily
Taurine - 5g before workouts
Creatine - 10g daily
My workout split will be:
Day 1 - Chest/Triceps
Day 2 - Back/Traps
Day 3 - Quads/Calves
Day 4 - Off
Day 5 - Shoulders/Biceps
Day 6 - Deadlift/Hamstrings
Day 7 - Off
I would like to bulk but as my eating schedule and availability of food isnt the best...I'll be eating at a DFAC in Afghanistan. But, i will be trying my best to get at least 4 good meals in plus 3 protein shakes. I would love to lose some of this fat also, which is why i was thinking about running Epi at the same time. If not then I can wait until afterwards. I get vacation starting december 20 so if I can run two cycles between now and then, great. If now, i'll start the second one when i get back in January.
I'm 5'10"/220 with, im guessing 20% body fat or more. I'll get a picture up later on tonight as a starting point also.
Any tips/comments/critiques would be great.

here is my schedule, mainly for myself since i work between two computers, its easy to have here.
I wake up at 7:40am and go to bed around 11pm
8am - breakfast, cycle assist and multivitamin
10am - protein shake, fish oils, Hdrol
12pm - lunch
2:30pm - protein shake
5pm - dinner, cycle assist and multivitamin
8pm - protein shake, fish oils, hdrol

going up to 125mg on your first cycle? damn.. and i was debating whether or not i should go up to 100 lol how much do you weigh? I'll be following good luck!

I'm still debating if i will go up, but from what im read, most gains will happen in weeks 4 and 5 so i'll probably want to go up on that last week if im in full on beast mode!

Start the epi as soon as you get it. It takes 3 weeks or so to kick in just like the h-drol
I ran H-drol as my first run too, really enjoyed it. Hopefully it treats you the same!
Here is a pic from today so i can see where I'm starting from.
i'll start the Epi today so we'll see how that goes too. I had a great shoulder workout last night, biceps was good too but it didnt seem like it was enough. i might adjust that part of the workout to feel like i get more of a workout.

You will need joint assistance with this cycle ( 2 dry compounds ) Good luck are you running this as a body recomp? Looks like it judging by your caloric intake ( you will be a different person in 6 weeks ) but just remember, these are no magic pills that do everything by themselves. You got to stick with it no matter what and work out like a madman
weighed in at 223 today, had a nice deadlift/leg curls workout tonight. im getting back in there so i topped out at 225 but it felt good. lower back a little rusty but still all good. threw in some stiff legged deadlifts real light to stretch it out also.

i think i have some animal flex that someone left behind a little bit ago, that should work for now. I was thinking about bulking at first but i think for where i'm at and my immediate goals, a recomp would probably work out best for me. thanks for the words bro, i'll be in that gym 5 days a week no matter what, i work 12 hours every day but we have enough coverage that if i need to dip out to hit the gym during the day, no problem.

weighed in at 225 today. i was 222 when i started, not sure why i posted 220 on my first post but anyways, that puts me up 3 pounds in 4 days.
Chest/tri workout today was good, felt better than last week and i look forward to adding more weight to the rack. threw in a couple sets of abs and about 5 mins of elliptical to get the blood flowing in my my legs a bit, the hamstrings are still sore as hell from fridays workout so they are feeling a little better now.

man, has it been three days since my last post. the days run together out here and they shut off access to this forum at work so i can only read/update from the room now, which im in to relax after a long day and sleep...
anyways...not much to report, the workouts are still going well, i feel like i can push through a little easier now, going up in weight a little bit on each lift but that could be just me getting back into lifting after a couple months off or this is starting to work...i think its a bit of both. i have legs tonight and im dreading it since the deadlifts/romanians/leg curls had me walking funny for a couple of days...but i think im almost fully recovered from that so it'll get a bit easier. i moved up to 75mg hdrol today so i think that has a little to do with not knocking me on my ass around 2pm like yesterday and the day before...i felt like i was dead and didnt want to do shit.
overall, its going well, i'll weigh in tonight to see where im at. i feel a little bloated but not too bad. gym time!!

had a great leg workout last night.
finally got back up to 185 squats for 4 reps and hit 600lbs on the leg press for 12 reps. for me, those are personal bests as far as i can remember. did calves too so they are coming along nicely

really kicked in by the 4th week, but so did the back pumps - apart from that no other sides.
start: 151lb
finish: 166lb

shoulders felt good, had a real burn going after the arnold presses, love those even though i have to go light. i'll get there.
biceps was ok, only up to 55 on the bar but at least i got it for 3x12...finished with cable curls, straight and reverse, 40 each...LIGHT WEIGHT!!

Deadlifts felt great last night, stiff legged deadlifts were good also but i finally found out what a back pump is...my shit was TIGHT!
finished it out with some leg curls but im getting back into the groove of things and feeling pretty good...once this kicks up in a week or two, i'll be doing real well.

Epi - 40mg - may step up to 50 in a week or so...not sure yet.
Ment - 20mg before workout
damn, 7 days since the last time i had internet that i was able to check the forum with. work still has this site blocked.
I'm holding solid at 225lbs. clothes are fitting a little bit better which is great for being 2 and a half weeks in.
So im up in all of my lifts, which is awesome. im finally getting back to almost where i was 3 years ago when i was in Iraq and hitting the gym 5-6 days a week. I feel myself getting stronger each time i step into the gym, its awesome.
today was an off day so i dipped in to get a back massage...30 mins for 10 bucks. cant beat that!! 5 dollar tip and i was out the door feeling much better. I see this turning into a new Sunday ritual!

good day off on sunday, if i didnt have two dumbass roommates, id be getting better sleep so hopefully that comes soon.
last night i had a good chest workout...im going to start leading with incline bench to get the upper chest built up a little more. i hit 165 twice so im pretty happy about that for now. i look like i should lift more but i never liked doing chest in the past so im just really getting into it now. finished off with triceps and threw in some bench dips after every set, really burned my triceps out. they were pumped up when i left the gym.
back and traps tonight. both are coming along nice, i'll add some upper back rows in tonight to see how that goes.

I'm about to take some ment and head to the gym in half an hour and im so fucking tired....
ive been getting at least 7 hours of sleep a night, sometimes 8, but the stuff is definitely kicking in with the lethargy...holy shit. I took an hour nap before lunch yesterday and i cant remember the last time i did that.
