Ok, so far im 4 weeks in my cycle of Havoc (Epistane) and Topical Trenazone. Im planning on making this cycle last another 2 weeks making a total of 6. This is my first cycle of PHs but I did my homework. My starting weight was 160 and after 4 weeks im at 176, I shit you not lol. I eat about 3500-4000 Clean calories a day and drink about a gallon of water if not more.
What im taking during my cycle:
Havoc: 30/40/40/40/40/50
Tren: 1/1/1.5/1.5/1.5/1.5
Cel Cycle Assist: 4 in the AM and 4 before bed
Glucosamine Sulfate for the joints: Taken as needed
Hawthorn and Milk Thistle: Also Taken as needed since Cel Cycle Assist has plenty
Powdered Carbs with my protein shakes to increase my carb intake
Plenty of water
Eating like an animal
Post Cycle:
Liquid Chlomid as my serm (not sure on the dosage yet, maybe someone can help me out)
Whatever is left of my cycle assist try to work it out so it ends up good
Titanium XL Test booster
Ok so here we go with the pictures and logs:
This is a week before I started my cycle, look out of shape and have a good gut going on, weighing in at 160 (before cycle pic)
STARTED CYCLE WEEK 1:
(160LBS)This is where I learnt that Trenazone is messy to apply lol and also takes a long time to dry. Someone told me to try a hair dryer on low heat setting but didnt really work for me. Didnt feel much changes this week, no sides but no changes in strength also
CYCLE WEEK 2:
(164LBS)Feeling hungry all the time wich is a plus, but gotta learn to control my eating. Getting use to applying trenazone, still no gains in strength but im having no trouble packing on weight wich is good as long as i can stay a bulky lean if that makes sense lol. Gotta get rid of this gut. No Sides yet either.
CYCLE WEEK 3:
(169LBS)I feel like the tren and havoc have kicked in, I woke up ready for the gym half way through week 3, strength went up pretty good added an extra 10lbs to everything and pull off a few extra reps then usual. Only side sofar is the acne, its not too bad right now though, i can deal with it lol.
CYCLE WEEK 4:
(176LBS)Im suprised at how much weight im gaining and losing my gut at the same time. Now i know for sure it kicked in, I feel great and cocky lol. My tshirts dont fit the same anymore, im gonna have to update my wardrobe lol. Starting to get a lot of acne, and started feeling a bit of joint dryness but the Clucosamine is helping a lot. Been hitting the gym hard this week, usually i got about about an hour but now i stay for 2-3 hours. I cant say exactly how much heavier im lifting, but I know on the bench press i can lift an extra 30lbs with an extra 4 reps. And been using machines a lot this week due to a shoulder muscle i pulled, but I feel like im owning them machines, might just be the cockyness lol but when I started using the machines the first week of my cycle i felt like they owned me (Favorite machines is the pullies and the row) My chest is finally getting more developed and theres a lot less body fat going on around that area. Last year i was weighing about 140LBS till I learnt how to eat properly. Here is the pictures of the results for my 4th week, I will update when I get to my 6th week. I know I have shorts in a picture and jeans in another but its because I didnt like the original picture of the front lol, but here you go. (It also looks like I have a gut in the side picture but thats because I took a protein shake right before and it bloated me right up lol)
(Decided to post the front picture I didnt like, cause realised my other one made me look scrawny cause its stretched out lol)

Ya I had gyno on the left side when I was a kid, well dont know if it was actually considered Gyno but a lump under my breast when i was about 14, and the doctor refused to do anything saying it would go away on its own, it took about 8 years till it did leave my chest fucked, hopefully not permanently thats why I been working more on the chest lately, trying to shape it out, but that plus genetics will tell lol
And for the 2 who said I shouldnt be cycling yet and im sure there will be others, that is your opinion. I been hitting for the past 6 years, but then I threw out my back pretty bad and it left me out of the gym for a year so i ended up getting really out of shape and gaining my gut and losing what I had gained. 6 Months ago I started climbing back up the chain still having back problems but moving through. Im doing this cycle a lot better then most people ive seen, ive done my homework and taking the right precautions, if its worth doing then its worth doing right. Haters gonna hate lol
You shouldn't be cycling yet - there's no need. You look completely untrained in your before pic, you could easily have made these gains without drugs, and used the drugs to push you past a plateau (WELL down the road), eg when a linear progression program like starting strength stalled out a few times. Instead you resorted to drugs to get what should be the easiest gains of your life.
So, it's not so much that you're not ready, or that you didn't do your research - it's that this is a stupid way to use steroids.
Hmmm stupid to use steroids for quick gains? Isnt that what 90% of the people use it for? lol. I understand your point and like I said I expected to see haters, cause yes I did take PH as a 'shortcut'. And you said i looked completly untrained, did you not read my post a few posts up, where I said I threw out my back. I was bedrest for like 3 months and then couldnt lift anything for another 9 months wich really put a damp on things for me since I was at the gym all the time, so then i left myself go with dieting and everything, I felt useless. And now im finally getting back in the ring and feeling great although i still have back pains I can bare them now. Im sorry that I choose to feel great about myself by living life up here /\ instead of down there \/. Id rather get yelled at for saying that i wasnt ready, then sit home and feel useless after all the training and hard work that went down the drain in the 1 year I wasnt able to do anything. Cheers
Stop reading what you want into my post. I didn't say 'quick gains', I said *EASY* gains. Yes I saw your post about the injury -I've been there and it sucks. You were essentially starting back at square 1 after the injury, and getting back your newb gains is easy as shit, especially once you've already got them once. Using drugs for that, and just to get yourself back in the gym, is a bad decision on your part IMO. All the rest about feeling great about yourself, choosing to live up here, etc etc. has nothing to do with choosing to take steroids, but justify this to yourself however you like.
I did not say you weren't ready, I said that using them to speed up what should be the easiest gains in your training career is a poor application.
All im saying is that you want to have a solid base before you start cycling. It makes it all the easier to adjust to your newly added muscle on cycle. Now you say you've been hurt. Ive been there as well brother and speaking from experience, your muscle that you lost will come back quick along with your strength. Muscle memory.... now when you get off cycle your going to be at a plateau and it will be very difficult to bust through without the juice. Hope your recovery goes good.

Unlike the other guys that weren't hating on you and offered you some very good advice, I think the world would be a better place if people such as yourself just skipped the clomid and moved straight on to some liquid Drano... a nice 500ml serving should produce some very 'noticeable' results.![]()

cycle cheeseburgers and chicken sammiches. seriously. may want to build a better base before you go tossing the hormones in. this is coming from someone who took epi/tren when I was 17. I learned and stayed away till I made more progress on my own. heed the advice, or there will be consequences for your actions and you body will tell you about them

Im already 4 weeks in my cycle, im going to finish it up. Thats why i was asking for advice on the dosing for my serm once im done. Whats the point of telling me I should of waited, I already know i should of. Im not ungrateful just stubborn lol.
I don't mind if people are kinda fat and cycle. But you are skinny fat and you have absolutely no muscle, base, frame to start with. Good luck holding on to the gains.

You shouldnt be cycling because you have zero base to start with. (not trying to me a dick) IF I were you I wouldve done clen,alb,EC or just OEP to try and drop BF first. I mean a HARD cut. Then take a simple HDrol clone from 75mg - 125mg you would have great results

Your chest does show improvement and I see some fat loss but I have a question, did you even lift before you took steroids ?
