    all right guys...
    though i'd log my first clen cycle..thought i'd give a mini cycle a go first before doing clen over a extended period of time. my main concern is insomnia using clen...i work long hours...so i realll value the little bit of sleep i get..

    having said this...i dont plan on going beyond 100cg/ed. or atleast i will see how much system adjusts to clen and then if i am not experiencing any issues..i will up the dose.

    day 1: 60mcg
    day 2: 60mcg
    day 3: 60mcg
    day 4: 80mcg
    day 5: 80mcg
    day 6: 80mcg
    day 7: 100mcg
    day 8: 100mcg
    day 9: 100mcg
    day 10: 100mcg
    day 11: 100mcg
    day 12: 100mcg
    day 13: 100mcg
    day 14: 100mcg


    **dosing on day 10-14 is subject to change depending on how i feel.

    current stats:
    BW: 94.5kg
    BF: 15% (last tested on 20/06/09)

    calorie intake : generally around 2500cal.

    Objective: recomp

    this is my first time using clen..so i reall dont know how much weight i will manage to use within such a short time (2wk)..i'll take whatever weight loss i can get since my overall objective is to reduce bf%.

    AM:55mins low intensity cardio (125-130bpm) , PM: 1 hour of Badminton

    11am: 20mcg

    i split the dose into two because i really didnt know how i was going to react to clen.

    nothing much to report. took 40mcg in the morning and 20 minutes later ..was thinking to my self .. "hmmmm dont feel anything"..but then by the time i had breakfast and got in the car to go to the gym...i could slightly feel it. my hands are genereally very steady..i noticed very very slight trembling...also could feel a fuzzy warm feeling...dont really know how to explain it....but yeah. all in all...feel good...cant wait for tommorow

    been kinda having a very light dull headache too...will swing by the chemists and pick up one of those BP monitors..good to have one on hand to check bp every now and then.

    If you're a ceffeine drinker, I do not recommend going cold turkey on a clen cycle. It will be horrible.

    oh man..it only my 3rd day and everything off to a bad start. woke up today with fever, cold etc. unfortunately i dont think it would be agood idea for me to continue taking clen till i am a 100%. so i am going to have to stop this log and then re-start it in a week or so when i am feeling better.. really sorry guys...this is my first log and it totally sucks i know...mann!!!

    THIS LOG IS ALIVE...again....hahaha...ok..its day 4..i feel good...no flu..i've taken my clen dose...will update tonight....


    my shakes so far have been ok...just very slight.

    as for sleep..well..i feel that it still hasnt affected my sleep..maybe it will when i go with a higher dose..but for now its alright. although you do feel like youre on stims...its different with clen..its not like being on stim otc fat burner. on day one...i manage an afternoon nap which was like 2 hours after my last clen dose. managed a nap today too and todays dose was 80mcg split into two.

    felt good today after my short bout with the flu. upped the dosage to 80mcg over three servings. just went and did some cardio only today because i didnt want to push my body too much as its probably still recovering from being sick. i'm hitting the weight tommorow..my first workout with weights on clen. as far as sides go...nothing much to really report..no real shaky hands..managed a short afternoon nap after my last dose..so i guess sleep isnt much of a issue yet. didnt really get a chance to weigh myself..but i doubt there's much difference as my cycle got off to such a rotten start...but i am totally focused...musttttt keep on keeping on!!

    today was my first session with weights+clen. i dunno if i didnt feel too great cost i had the flu just two days ago...but i think i preffer the feeling of being on superpump250 over clen. my next weight training session is on friday..but then my body should be fully recovered and hopefully clen will give me a better "on" feeling...as far as side go...@80mcg(split dose)...its fine..its definitely not affecting my sleep..so i am really glad about that...

    edited above to include current bodyweight. as it stands...i am 92kg (-2.4kg)...i think some of this is water..i do drink a shite load of water everyday though..hmm..so cant see why i would be dehydrated etcc... will check again tommorow and see.

    ok...its the 6th day morning..i've just hopped on the scale and it reads 91kg...so next thing i did was bust out the tape measure and check out my wait..guess what...it was 35" inches even before...this morning..to my surprise...it read 34.5" inches....pretty happy about that. so even though i am pretty sure some of my weight loss is due to water...i've lost some fat too

    will update log at the end of the day...

    i had my bodyfat % test today and it was good all in all...

    last test(17/07/09)-- 15%bf , 93.6kg bw, 79.6kg lean mass, 14.0kg fat mass.

    today's test(13/08/09)--12.6%bf, 89.8kg bw, 78.5kg lean mass(-1.0kg),, 11.3kg fat mass (-2.8kg)

    i think my scale at home differs in the figure it shows to scale(digital) at the gym where i do the tests..anyhow..on their scale..my weight etc is as shown in the data above. pretty happy with the results...only thing i think i cut my calories a little too low the last 7 days or so which has resulted in a 1kg muscle loss...so i am going to adjust my cal's accordingly and conitnue with my recomp...i feel that clen is helping me out here....

    body weight holding @90-91kg's. when measuring early morning its at around 90kg...then in the afternoon it around 90.5-91kg's. upped the dose to 100mcg..pretty surprised but no real sides to report. even my hands arnt really shaky...i've noticed that it doesnt shake all the time..just comes and goes..still very mild. i guess i will go ahead and increase the dosing to 120mcg in a couple of days for the remainder of the cycle..lets see how it goes

    today wasnt a great day because i wasnt able to make it to the gym and i ended up consuming around 500-600 dirty cal's from a cheat meal at my little neice's bday party..damn those pastries!!! my mate's getting married..his bachelor's party is tonight..so i dont think i'll be getting much sleep too..will try my best to limit the boozeeee!!! weight is the same. since i got the flu earlier on this week..i've been taking it easy the whole time till now...come monday, i am going to get back into it hardcore and get ma swole on!!!

    ended up having a late night yesterday..also did consume alchohol..despite all that and a light hang over..i managed to have a awesome day today...sqeezed in 45 minutes of cardio..diet was in check a 100%. i am 1kg higher in bodyweight today.. i am chalking that to extra water retension from all the sodium in the junk food i ate last night. i get back into full on weight training tommorow...also i bump up my clen dose to 120mcg's...totally physched!!!!!!

    sides/general thoughts

    bumped up clen to 120mcg's ...had a brilliant workout today...energy was at a good level..so far even @120mcg's i have no sides really to complain of. weight still holding at 91kgs...although i've gone up in weight over the last two days..i cant see an decrease in leaness in the mirror, waise still measures the same..muscles look tiny bit fuller..i have a feeling since i increased the calorie intake by just a bit..it may have helped me with my lean mass..hmm..dunno..

    its day 11...i woke up and went to the scale straight from bed and the scale tipped at 89.5kg's. i am sure it will go up atleast 1kg within the course of the day. will update on my days progress tonight..
