naw beta alanine usually doesn't bother me. Is it higher dose than most products? I have had the tingles from beta alanine before but this is different. Even my training partner asked why I had chill bumps like an hour into are workout lol. Doesn't really bother me though cause I am having great workouts.

Day 7 Using Hyper Max: Chest & Biceps
Used 2 scoops again. My heart was pounding when I started my warm ups on bench, actually match the music that was playing on the sound system at one point. May have had low blood sugar at the same time cause my hands were really shaking but all this subsided after my first exercise.
Started workout with flat bench and worked up to a decently heavy top set of four reps. We then moved on to Incline barbell bench with no touch or lockout. I did 5 progressive sets of 8 reps ending at 225. Felt good and pump started setting in. Next was banded slight incline smith machine press with monster bands from elitefts. Did 1 or two feeder sets and then did 3 sets of 8 or 10 with an extra sets where I upped the weight to increase intensity. Pec deck was next and this is where my pump went crazy. Just did 3 sets of 10 with the same weight and did 2-count holds but jebus it was focused. I also did one set where I did parallel bar dips with body weight for like 27 reps and then held the stretch position for 27 reps. After that I did a high incline dumbbell fly where I stretched out as far as I could and only came up just past parallel. Just two or three sets of 12 here. Need to do these higher incline pressing movement more often, like I use to. Finished chest off with Cable flies, three sets with the same weight for 8 full reps and 5 partials out of the stretched position. We then moved on to biceps starting out with a superset of dumbbell alternating curls for 15 reps on each arm with 8 reps of chest supported hanging dumbbell curls. Did this for 3 rotations and it caused painful pumps. Finished biceps of with progressive sets of 8 on the preacher curl machine, eventually getting to weight where we had to do two or three forced reps to get all 8 reps. This was a great workout pump wise. I have been a lot stronger but ehhh some times you gotta pump out some weight.

Day 8, 9 & 10 Using Hyper Max: Back, Shoulders/Traps/Triceps & Legs/Abs
Friday I still used 2 scoops but this weekend I used only 1.5 scoop for two early day workouts with just 1 meal in and felt great.
Back day went better than usual. I was able to get some reps on deadlifts without hurting myself and the actual lat pump I got was outrageous.
Shoulder day was pretty good. Looked fairly lean and vascular.
Legs. Hard workout but I finished strong.

Really starting to appreciate the two scoop dosing now. May not be safe but ehhh. After the second scoop my heartbeat really goes crazy and then it subsides and I have no lack of energy for the rest of the workout.
Sounds good man. Two scoops is a little to much for me. However, I was tempted to take 2 scoops this morning before shoveling all this snow.

Day 11 Using Hyper Max: Chest & Biceps
Pretty good day. Workouts are getting better and better. Started of with my benching programming and hit a top set that is about 25 lbs. off of my 7 rep Max, so strength is slowly coming back up. I would like to add so that this is documented for logging purposes, I did start blasting again yesterday so expecting to see a drastic increase in poundages on my lifts. We then moved on to slight incline dumbbell presses which is a usually favorite for me. Working up to a set of 8 with the 120's. This is usually done with 140's but ehh it'll come back. On a good note I looked really good at this point in the routine. Workout routine got switch around after that and had to do pec deck for 2 sets of 12 reps with 2-count contractions before moving on to the no lockout or touch barbell incline press. When we got there I did just 4 sets of 10 with the same weight. I used a lot less weight but my chest was getting really pumped. next we did high incline dumbbell press. Just now bringing back this angle but will cycle through presses and flies. I do only the stretched position of these and it destroys my upper chest with out hurting my shoulders or working them too much. did progressive sets of 7 on these and actually made it to the 90's which was a surprise. Chest was finished of with cable flies where I did 3 sets of 10 full rom reps and then added 12-20 partials from the stretched position. Then moved on to biceps. Did like 4 progressive sets of seated dumbbell curls for 15 reps. Got up to the 40'd with pretty strict form. next we did a cable curl while laying on the ground to the forehead. I have never done this but my training partner use to do them a lot before we trained together. They worked great for me. Hard contractions from the start of the movement. Nearly impossible to cheat on these. Last we did bent over single arm cable hang curls. just 3 sets of 15 reps and was done. Could have lifted forever.

Day 12 Using Hyper Max: Back
Good day mainly cause of my deadlift. I hit a top set of 14 reps with incredible form. Really learning how to bring in air, pull slack out of the bar & load up my hams/glutes. I can really drive through my heels to lockout when I hit all of these at the same time. We then moved on to dumbbell rows where I did 4 progressive sets of 8 ending on the 140's. Next I did single arm straight arm dumbbell rows. This looks like a kick back hybrid row looking thing performed like an inverted pullover. 3 sets of 10 on those. Moved on to the pull down attachment, did behind the neck and reverse grip. Three progressive sets of each of 8-10 reps. On the BTN we did a intensity set of 8 reps with a forced stretched then dropped weight and did 10 more reps then switch to normal pull-down to the front for 10 more reps. On the reverse grips we ended with a heavy single rest pause set. Finished lats off with 3 sets of 12 on the seated cable row with a rope. Then finished the workout off with banded ninety degree hyper extensions. 3 sets of 12 reps.
Got shoulder today so I'm get a retarded pump. Will report back tomorrow.

Everything was evenly pumped doing them correctly. My glutes actually got really pumped and that's why I stopped. Lats were getting really pumped and abs started cramping. Never had these areas get worked like this on deadlifts. Usually my lower back would have been on fire and I would go touch-n-go with high reps like this but didn't expect the 14 reps so all of them were dead stop pulls. Touch and go actually re-aggravates my hip/ham/glute problem so I don't do that anymore.

Haven't mentioned this yet but Hyper Max must give of the strongest smell of any pre-workout when mixed. Women at work and bros at the gym comment on the watermelon smell every day. Like they literally guess the flavor right every time not even knowing where it is coming from lol.

Day 13 Using Hyper Max: Shoulders, Traps & Triceps
Was a pretty decent day. Getting near PR numbers on strict standing overhead press but will be going back to a shoulder width stance instead of the staggered stance I have always used. Moved on to standing dumbbell side laterals for a couple warm-ups then did 3 double drop sets. Had a pretty good pump after that and some so good vascularity. Cant wait to see how veiny I can get when my body fat drops some more. Routine got switched around a little bit again to gym being busy but got it all in. Next we did 2 ascending descending sets. This is were you do say 50's for 8 reps straight into 75's for 8 reps then back to 50's for 8 reps holding each rep for a 2-count at the top. Works very well, I use to do them a lot for delts. After that we did bent over cross cable rear delt raises for 4 sets of 35 reps. The pump in the rear delts got more and more intense with every set. Next we did like four sets of wide grip smith machine up right rows, which didn't feel as good as doing them with a barbell. Then we moved on to John Meadows Rear delt Destroyer set. I used too much weight here and didn't get what I should have out of the set. Finished of shoulders /traps with some heavy close grip shrugs for 3 sets of 8 reps. After shoulders and traps we did triceps. Started off with a super set of single arm pressdowns and single arm bent over OH extensions. Did 8 reps on each for 4 rounds. Good pump by the time this was over. Last thing did for this workout was EZ Bar skullcrushers started out with 3 sets of 12-15 reps and then did a single drop set.
Was an alright workout. Tonight is legs and plan on using wraps for the first time in awhile so may hit a PR.

Day 14 Using Hyper Max: Legs & Abs
OK day I went low carb the whole day but didn't really effect my workout, I don't think so anyway. Worked up to a set of 10 which was a pretty good set but I needed at least 13 for a PR. Used wraps and still didn't get it. I should have went into the set with a little more intensity but I have been trying to check that a bit to not upset the CNS for my other workouts. Squat is a lower priority right now. Then moved on to lying leg curls where I pyramided up in weight and lowered reps. Eventually hitting a good set of 8. Then did an intensity set where I did the weight I hit for 12 reps for 10 and then dropped half the weight and did another 10 reps. I then returned to the original weight and performed another 20 partials. Was supposed to be 25 partials but I couldn't go anymore. After that we did cable pull troughs. Did two feeder sets and then did two hard sets of 10. Actually hit a PR on my second set, mainly because I had never tried that weight before. Last for upper legs was Wide stance leg press for very slow reps. Did about 3 warm-ups and finished with 3 sets of 10 reps with the same weight. Got a pretty sick pump on my last set. I then moved on to calves. Doing standing body weight calf raises for a set of 50 and 25. Surprised the pump I got from something so simple. Then did three sets on seated calf raises with the same weight. I did each set for 8 full range of motion reps with 8 partials reps out of the bottom. Last I did just three sets of 20 on the roman chair knee ups. Been able to really isolate the lower abdominals on these lately.
Got chest and biceps tonight. Should be fun.

Day 15,16 & 17 Using Hyper Max: Chest/Biceps, Back/Abs & Shoulders/Traps/Triceps.
Fridays chest workout was OK. I had a equipment issue on flat bench and didn't hit the numbers that I would have liked. But did achieve a great pump through the whole workout. I did hit a pretty good set of 245x6 on Incline barbell bench. Biceps was great, skin bursting time pump.
Saturday back workout was ok. Had a issue in my hip/glute/hamstring area on deads but still improved on my deadlift form. Back was lower intensity and abs got some good work.
Sunday my shoulder, traps and triceps workout wasn't that special. Decent OHPs.
Only took one scoop on both weekend workouts so two scoops should have me pumped for tonight's squat session.
