Day 18 Using Hyper Max: Legs

Legs was on the menu and had a pretty good workout. Worked up to a heavy set of 6 on squats then moved on to glute ham killers for 3 sets of 8 reps. These are done on the lat pull down machine pads with a broomstick for balance. Then we did leg press working up to a quintuplet drop sets. Pretty painful. Then was a pretty challenging super set. Leg extensions for 10 reps with a 10-count iso-hold at then end straight in to ATG front squats. Did that for three rounds going heavier on each set. Actually worked up to 225 on the front squats which surprised me. Then we finished off with the hamstrings. 3 sets of single leg curls with no rest periods and then did dumbbell stiff leg deadlifts with 5 lbs. plates under my toes. Finished my workout with calves. 4x12-15 on smith machine standing calf raises and 3 sets of 12 on seated calf raises.

I really want to try glute ham raises, but we do not have that contraption and the lat pulldowns are too close to the wall. It sucks.

Day 19 Using Hyper Max: Chest & Biceps

Had a pretty good workout. Still about 3-4 reps off my normal bench pressing numbers but no biggie. Rest of the workout was nice. Hit a set of 12 with 120's on set of slight decline dumbbell presses and started a double drop set with the 140's. Knocked out some pec deck for 3x15 with 2-count holds and then moved on to barbell incline. Kept taking a crocked grip here but felt strong. We then did 3 progressive sets of high incline dumbbell presses for 8 reps each. Then finished the chest portion of the workout off with 3x12 on cable flies. Chest is leaning out a lot more and it shows on these. We moved on to biceps after that and started with chained barbell standing curls. Was a nice change up worked up to a heavy set of 10 reps with very strict form. I got pretty intense on my last set. Only did one more thing for biceps. This was done in a super set fashion for just 2 rounds but killed. Started out with ten reps of reverse EZ bar curls and then went straight into 21's. Got the job done.

By the looks of my tub todays back workout may be the last workout using Hyper Max.

Day 20 Using Hyper Max: Back

Decent workout. Took it easy on deadlifts and focused on the squeeze for the rest of my workout. After I finished deadlifts I moved on to single arm seated cable rows for 3x8 and dumbbell rows for 3x8. Then I did 2x12 on narrow close grip pull downs and 2x8 on wide grip pull-downs. Did 3 sets of 10 reps on pronate grip chest supported rows and finished with 3x12 on straight arm pull downs. Also did hyper extensions. Two drop sets and 1 straight set.

Looks like the price is around 35 dollars for a tub. I got 20 workouts out of it but I also took 1.5-2 scoops throughout the log. Well worth a try at 1-1.5 scoops for the 35 dollars. For me a price of 29.99 is a better price but hell its only a 5 dollar difference lol. I am not very sensitive to stims right now but 2 scoops was too much for the first 10 or so workouts at that dose. No reason to take more than 1.5 scoops until you make it through atleast half the tub. I had several workouts where my heart was really racing and most newbs would probably freak out.

The taste was pretty good too. Probably the only thing I saw with this product as a problem was that it didn't mix very well.

Thanks for the honest review. I usually never have mixing issues, it was prob just a little bit of the gms.

Glad to see the stim was plenty for you at 1.5 scoops. Most people won't need the full 2 scoops.

Any thoughts on pump and focus?

focus probably stood out more than the pump. I don't think I had above normal pumps directly related to the product.

Thanks for the solid review and log brotha! I agree with not going over 1.5 scoops. When we send out our sample, it is a 2 serving packet. Many people take the 2 servings at once and find out that hard way that HyperMax is some strong stuff. Maybe during the Arnold it will go on sale and you can pick some up!

Definitely worth looking into for your arsenal, start with one scoop though!
