Tren E Dosing

What's the best dose to run tren E at to maximize gains and minimize sides? Also what would be the best length of time to run it? Was thinking 200 for 8 weeks. Also running test e @ 500, mast at 600.

Probably 400mg but no one is going to be able to tell you how you are going to handle a specific compound. I get all the sides of tren no matter ehatbdose I run. It's the same at 1000mg as it is at 200mg so it may not even matter

Whatever dose you can sleep at. You won't make gains without sleep. 200 is fine

^I will say that weed 100% negated all sleep related side effects of tren for me from general insomnia to the night sweats if that's an option

Even though its E and you only have to inject 1x per week, I did better with it doing lower dosages more often.

I still like Acetate or Parabolan better, I get more sides on Tren E then A.

Then again, I hate tren simply bc I get every single potential side effect..and they are brutal.

Tren at high dosage would land me in a psych unit or prison.

I'd definitely do 2-3x/week dosing. Really for any compound but definitely tren E

400 mg minimum per week imo. I like to dose every 3 days. Of course I recommend to just take ALL OF IT. ALL THE TREN. I just finished my current tren run :( I'm sad. But I've got 8 vials of Tren E and Mast E that I will be blasting in April. Gotta recover those lipids for now.

Don't do less than 400

I get more sides from ace than Enanthate by far

I stupidly was up 1g per week once after being on for over 10 weeks and had to stop completely because the sides were so horrible. It took weeks to feel normal again and I didn't touch Tren again for almost 2 years. I decided to run it again last summer and had good results with minimal sides at 400mg per week, I wouldn't go above 5 or 600 ever again.

youre not going to get much benefit from feeling out what works for other on this. some people get bad sides going above 300/week, while others are fine at 700/week. a good starting point i would day is 400/week and then see how you feel after a month, then adjust by 100 up or down.

200mg a week tren e ..........as above and fat burning excellent.
400mg a week tren e ...........all of the above, strength increases etc but, a fukin monster I turned into. Bloody temper even on a feather falling in my way. Weird thoughts all the time on the strangest things.

Have dropped now and it's been over a week and still in my bloody system. Excuse while I go smack my wife!

And now I have eq to try, won't that be fun!

I'm gonna agree with the 400mg/week minimum for good gains/no sides. I only run 150-250mg test with it seems to help with sides

I love tren ace. E is not bad either, but doesn't have the same kick as ace I feel like. 

I've run tren A up to 270mg/day. Did that for like a week or two. I shit you not, I was getting bigger and leaner by the day regardless of what my diet was like although I tried to keep it tight as possible. I stopped due to the fact that I didn't have a raw source at the time, and it was getting costly. Looking back I was quite edgy mentally. 

 

I prefer to stay in the 100mg-150mg/day range. I do get night sweats, but I never have insomnia. I can flip switch rather quickly too if someone comes across as a dickhead. It's pretty rare though as I'm a little intimidating physically lol. 

 

Do atleast 400mg I say.

I picked up a little gig on the side during school as a bouncer in a popular club in town recently. I'm sure I'm going to come across plenty of drunk dickheads. Thinking about doing a little strength training on the bench on chest days rather than my hypertrophy work outs while upping the tren to 200mg/day. Currently doing 100mg, but that extra 100mg will get the strength up big time lols

Was doing 500 Tren a with no issues except sweats if I ate carbs too late.
400 Tren e gave me a little insomnia. I dropped it to 200 and no issues. Bumped it back to 400 and seem to be doing well. Still night sweats though, but voiding carbs at night helps.
I'd recommend 400 Tren e as it isn't much when you consider ester weight.
