    hey man just took my first pill today. I just wanted to make sure i got all i need. Iv been taking life support a week in advanced and will continue to take that. Got the mult's and fish oil. ANything else for during cycle besides my preworkout and protein.

    Hi Biggie. As you know Im taking PMAG 100mg a day. Im also taking Protex and HB, 4 hours from PMAG dosing. I have to admit and maybe its psychological but I upped my Protex to 4 caps per day. Bottle suggests that you can do so to "improve effectiveness of product". I did this to be cautious and as a kneejerk reaction due to the the BP spikes. Even though none of the ingredients in Protex aid in BP but to cover my bases. Cautious. Since doing so I feel the PMAG, maybe im crazy, doesnt have the same effects as it did on 2 caps of Protex......could it be due to the increase in milk thistle so less PMAG getting converted? Possible? Im seriously thinking of going back to two caps and see if its psychological or in fact the milk thistle increase.

    I dont want to "bug" you and I do appreciate everything youve done thus far for me. Its a diet question and Im wondering if you have heard of these calculations.

    according to livestrong, i have it bookmarked, once you calculate all of your daily intake such as Calories,carbs,proteins and fats you will have 4 numbers. In my case Ill want to hit 3500+ cals,200+protein,109 fats,353 carbs.

    They then suggest that there is a calculation involved in which protein converts to cals as does fats which then get turned into total cals.

    Example: today my Calories were 3950, protein was 211.5, carbs were 486.5 and fats were 139

    NOW, the calculation suggested is that you take protein (211.5x4)=844 cals to add to the total
    fats (139x9)=1251 cals added to the total

    3950+844+1251=WTF 6045 cals for the day. What do you think?
