Hey y'all, I'm known to my friends as Vinnie Bagels.
I got into physical fitness when I was in 7th grade (Specs at the time being 5'-10" @ 225lbs), cuz I was genetically prone to being fat, and I figured I would only stop the jokes if I did something about it. I finished High School at 6'-0" @ 197lbs and 8%BF! I'm now 31yrs old as date of this post at 6'-0" @ ~270lbs and 22%BF. I've competed in countless local power lifting comps and am looking to really up my personal appearance!
So... With that said, I'm here to learn, ask questions, and be schooled in this new realm of PH's and other "supps" that will help me get to the next level. All help is welcome, and I hope to be able to add to these forums with my experiences!
