This will be my log for my entry into the 2009 Mr. PHF contest!

My goals are simple:
Put on a massive amount of LBM in 6 months time!

Training:
My training schedule is currently as follows:
Mon: Chest/Back---later at night-Tennis
Tue: Recover
Wed: Bi's/Tri's---later at night-Basketball
Thur: Tennis
Fri: Legs
Sat: Shoulders/Abs
Sun: Recover

Supps:
Protein
Creatine
Animal Omega
iForce Max-Out
AI Cycle Support
AI Essentials
Special PH/DS

I will update my weight and gains in here. Everyone is welcome as are comments and suggestions. I will get pics up...at least by the specified start time.

I'm hoping to make a strong showing for the contest and help push myself to gain the results I want.

I had one of the best workouts of my life yesterday! Yeah, it was that awesome! I'm so figgin sore. Off to a good start so far...

Weight: 195
Body Fat %: 15.5
Blood Pressure: 121/76

I had a good workout today. Today was legs day, here's how it went.

Squats:
8x245
7x245
7x245

Leg Press (plate loaded):
8x540
7x630
7x630

Leg Extensions:
10x220
9x240
6x260

Hamstring Curls:
12x180
8x200*
6x200*

*Unfortunately, this machine only goes up to 200 pounds. If does feel pretty good to workout with the max weight but dissapointed that I will have to try and find something else.

Seated Calf Raises:
8x135
7x135
12x120

I made sure to make each rep count and had good form. I was sweating and tired by the time I was done!

Yeah, I got tired of eveyone at the gym giving me completely different readings so I decided to get my own and learn to do it myself. At least it will be consistant!

I think I'm about to go that route. It might not be 100% accurate, but it will be consistent.
