Your cycle looks ridiculous (I mean that in a good and bad way). Good luck. If your liver doesn't crap out from using a single methyl and a double methyl together, you might end up with stretch marks from the gains!

Your doctor's will probably have a shitfit when they see your liver enzymes in the later weeks of the M-drol and P-mag combo. I hope you have a mean liver protection regimen or your AST/ALT could easily climb to over 200. I've seen 400-500 on some ER website posted superdrol users who were in the hospital with hepatitis. Of course, their bilirubin was over 10 times the ULN too.

Cycle Assist definitely ain't enough to protect your liver by itself with that stack (IMO). I'd suggest liv.52, extra milk thistle, and UDCA (Ursodiol) or TUDCA (Liver Longer) all together and in addition to the cycle assist. UDCA is an RX drug (like letro and nolva...) and TUDCA is OTC in some product called Liver Longer. They are both pretty expensive, but I would run one of them for just the 4 weeks that you are doing the pmag + mdrol combo. It can help prevent cholestatic hepatitis and keep your bilirubin in check. Even when my AST/ALT were skyhigh, my bilirubin was still in the normal range on UDCA. Run the milk thistle extract (the supplemental amount on top of what's in cycle assist) and the liv.52 from pre-load to at least one month after the cyle ends (pref. 2 months). Those two are cheap as hell, so there is no reason not too. Just my opinion though.

Your lipids will be buttphycked too in those later weeks (HDL near zero). Between that and the elevated LFTs, they will probably think you have been chasing your accutane with 12-packs of milwalkee's beast and eating lard for breakfast.

Getting blood drawn e2-4 weeks is ideal. However, if your vitals look extremely bad, they will probably interrupt your accutane therapy and continue drawing blood. If the numbers get even more funked up while you are "off" accutane, they may scratch their heads and tell you to go get an ultrasound of your liver and maybe put you on a statin for cholesterol. I'm no doctor though, and I may just be "overthinking". Still, it's possible.

Your BP is going to be...interesting on that cycle too. Might need extra hawthorne berry extract to supplement with.

Are you planning to use accutane after the cycle? Still get bloodtests too? Your cholesterol may need a long break after that cycle.

No, I will save the accutane till after PCT, as i stsated earlier I know Im ok when running this stuff, plus i can run the liv 52 while I am on it.

Well, ok then, but it's still not liver happy and your doctor will take you off the accutane immediately when they see your blood test results once you've started the p-mag and m-drol.

Doctor gave me benzoyl peroxide 2.5% osted like $23 becasue insurence didn't cover it.

yeah, thats where it helps to know the doc, and know that he wants my wyfe, so a wink and a smil from her goes a long way. Will probably have him prescribe my PCT to my wyfe, since its feesible for her to be on them anyways.

I've known people that used topical minocycline packets (lotion) with varying degrees of success. But it sounds like you have tried everything so I might not get my hopes up. BTW, did you ever try sulfer? I hear that smells up the place nicely! My cousin used it for a bit before accutane and it smelled so bad that his parents made him put it on in the front yard.

Just an antibiotic, you can get antibiotics from amazon sold for fish on the cheap, same stuff as for humans and at human dosages, nice little loophole in the law there... Most people should still see a doctor though, there's little good that can come of taking antibiotics if you can't figure out proper dosage, duration, and when to switch.

Remember, don't sit there with scarring acne for months while you wait to see whether an antibiotic works though, head straight for accutane and don't look back. If you have something more mild, try a couple antibiotics first.

Topical minocycline is pretty harmless since it isn't really absorbed systemically (kind of like Nizoral for dandruff); oral minocycline is a different story and I don't advise anyone to take antibiotics apart from a doctor's recommendation for a number of reasons.

For severe cystic acne, accutane is usually the solution. For anything less, try something less. But you are right in that if the lesser stuff doesn't work, you will just accumulate scars for life until you get on Accutane.

My only refrain is that people are too quick to jump on Accutane not understanding the risks or even having tried the lesser drugs like Retin-A.

And while it is not applicable for lyfespan's situation, you shouldn't need accutane for steroid-induced acne. You should just lay off the steroids for a while (IMO) if simpler anti-acne approaches don't work.

It's easy to pop a pill and not appreciate the potential side effects; just watch the YouTube video of those 2 jackasses that are suing CEL and TFS b/c they ended up in the hospital from using M-Drol and P-Plex. The difference with Accutane is that civil suits are rarely won against big pharmaceutical companies (so they got nothing to worry about, but the point remains).

been throwing 5 grams of the B5 into the power-c vitamin water, tastes like it just takes the flavor of the drink away a lil, other than that tastes like shit. Im on day 7 of 10 grams a day, still waiting for signs of clearing.I know its still early.

What worked best for me is using a Xtend scooper (~6.5 g), going guns up to the back of the tongue, and quickly chasing it with cran juice

Stir the liquid while slowly dumping the powder in. It has never clumped or clayed up on me, I learned that the first time I used it.
