Exclamation GHRP-2 really does work, but there are side effects

    IronMagLabs
Hello, this is one of my first posts on the forums. I will be posting my experiences with various supplements during the next few weeks.

My first post is about my experience with GHRP-2.

This post is to help prevent others from making the same mistake I made by going with GHRP-2 without really understanding what it does.

At a moderate dosing of 100 mcg upon waking and 100 mcg before bed, I gained 10 lbs in 5 days. This 10 lb weight gain was most definitely water retention. I only took the GHRP-2 for 5 days and then I stopped because I did not like 2 of the side effects I was experiencing, the one side effect being water retention.

The second side effect was the well known hypoglycemia.

Let me put it this way, within 3-5 minutes of injecting 100 mcg subcutaneously, I CRAVED carbohydrates to the extent that I felt like I could eat 1000 calories or more within a very short period of time.

In short, what I want to let others know before they go ahead and purchase GHRP-2 is that yes if you want to get big, you will get big, but if you want to loose fat per say, I really don't think GHRP-2 is worth it from my experience.

How can you focus on loosing fat when you are forced to deal with intense hypoglycemia?

Anyway, I would love to hear anyone elses experience with GHRP-2 to see if there are others with better experiences than mine.

By the way, I intended to use GHRP-2 for fat loss but since I can't handle the increased hunger from GHRP-2,I will instead be purchasing 20 5 mg vials of 176-191 next month to dose fragment 176-191 at 1 gram 3 times a day for fat loss.

I will be sure to post my results with fragment 176-191 when I get around to using it.

Should have used Ipamorelin if you didn't want to feel hungry. You must have been pounding down the food because 10 lbs in 5 days was definitely not due to increased GH. It takes a long time for the effects of increased GH to really start becoming known even when injecting straight GH. This is just a perfect example that you need to research what your putting into your body and what it will do to your body BEFORE putting it in your body.

I was really eating a lot of food. And you are right, I did not do enough research ahead of time.

is your goal weight loss or fat loss?

reason why i as is because i have been taking ghrp-2 along with cjc 1295 no dac and yes i have gained alot of weight but have lost a decent amount of fat as well while bulking and eating off my diet quite a bit over the holidays.

my scales judges bf% but it way off (says im 25% when can see all of my top 4 abs) but i just use that as a guide and when i starting using it ghrp and cjc it said i was at 28%.

as far as retaining water im not experiencing that from mines but i do get a damn good heat flash from about 2min post inject to about 10min post.

Water retention was more than likely from increased food intake than the pep itself.

Actually, I am glad you asked. My goal is in fact to loose weight in general, including (gasp) muscle. Why would I want to loose muscle? I am trying to get back to my old running shape that I use to be in. Now I weigh 215-220 and want to get to 180.

I am in reasonable shape. My bodyfat may be as high as 15% currently.

Sounds about right. I was eating a lot of carbs. After 5 days I have lost almost 8 lbs of the weight gain, so I am almost back to 215 lbs down from 225 (I was slightly above 225 lbs , up from 215 lbs, after 5 days of ghrp-2 and eating lots of carbs.)

Hunger? sounds like you got ghrp-6. I didn't get hungry when I strarted ghrp2, however I did get finger/hand pains. They subsided after about 2 weeks.

Some people do experience hunger from GHRP-2, but it's not as common as with GHRP-6.

That is interesting, maybe it was a batch of ghrp-6 labeled as ghrp-2.

how did you know that it was hypoglycemia you were feeling, did you check your blood glucose?

these ghrp's increase appetitie directly. they do not do it secondarily through promoting hypoglycemia

Not directly related but I'm seeing some pretty good results (decreased BF and an inrease in muscle fullness and hardness) with 60mcg's/ED of long IGF. It might be more geared to your goals.

I did not check blood glucose levels but I did experience weakness and cold sweats within 5 mins of injecting the ghrp-2.

Let me add, I decided to give the GHRP-2 another try. I have not had any issues with hunger since I inject the ghrp-2 at meal times. I eat a normal amount of food following the each dose of ghrp-2 and then I feel perfectly fine. There is currently no water retention that I can measure by any means. So, my large consumption of carbohydrates the first time around with ghrp-2 must have been the cause for all of the weight gain in such a short period of time.

Are you still injecting on an empty stomach and waiting at least 30min to eat after injecting? If not, you need to from what I've read.

I have been waiting about 15 minutes to eat following the injection. I will have to start waiting for 30 minutes to eat from now on though.

You should be fine waiting 30 mins. As far as the weakness goes, there can be some lethargy with peptides if you aren't used to them or GH. It goes away as your body adjusts. The increased hunger with ghrp-2 is usually transient also. Not some much with ghrp-6 it always makes some ppl hungry.
