    The best humalog protocol

    Been thinking about trying out slin during my upcoming cruise. I kno its dangerous but I'm not an idiot and will have everything down to the dot and will have glucose tabs with me at all times.

    But what protocol has given you your best results?

    not a fan of humalin r cause of it is long acting. I like humalog; I feel more incontrol.

    I run 10-15 iu pre work out with ~ 6-10 g carbs from karbolyn and dextrose. also various other supps like hydrolyzed whey, instatized bcaa etc.

    I guess I was mixed up in my research, def want the shorter acting slin. Is there a certain gram of carbs you take in per iu? I have instantized eaa's, instantized bcaa's, creatine, glutamine peptides, glycerol, malto,hydrolyzed whey isolate and dexahydrous glucose,. Need to get dextrose

    You mean 6-10grams per IU? Otherwise that seems low as shit depending on your diet previous to slin

    If you don't understand the difference between the two you are not ready for slin. Humulin R is used as often as humalog anymore. A lot of people use both. Never start taking a slin at recommended doses. You need to start small and see how your body reacts. Nobody should take 10iu's of humalog on their first day out.

    its not that I was confused at what they are, just mixed up their names. I had planned on starting at 4iu's 30min pre workout. Have a shake(carb + hydro iso) 5-10min after inject, sip on malto, hydro isolate and other supps during workout, then glucose and hydro iso post workout. Another non fat meal about an hour after post workout. Prob bump up 2iu's per week for the 4 weeks so 4/6/8/10.

    Pre is easiest with Humalog. It kicks in in 15mins, peaks at 2hrs and is gone in 4-5. Almost safer because the action is short in duration. Meaning you could do Log at night say 6pm and sleep safely by midnight with no chance of going hypoglycemic. Take 8-10iu 1/2hr preworkout, 15mins later have 50g of Karbolyn or another QUALITY carb with 15-30g Hydrolyzed protein. Have a BCAA & sugar drink to sip during (You only need 15g or so to keep blood glucose elevated) Gatorade powder works great. Then 50g Karbolyn with 50-75g of Hydrolyzed again post workout. My workouts are usually 1.25hrs so my post workout shake hits my system roughly at the 2hr mark which coincides with Humalog's peak perfectly.

    Great info guys. I would use my dexanhydrous glucose pre and post.

    Now serious questions...

    1. Is it worth the risk?
    2. Is it too obvious?
    3. Will I put on a ton a fat?
    4. Humalog need to be refrigerated?
    5. What have u guys gained?

    5. What have u guys gained? I honestly cant give a numerical answer but I promise I and others can see the effects after I follow a strict am/prewo protocol 5 days a week for about 2 weeks. Muscles are fuller, rounder and thicker.

    I think as a noob to slin you need to do it post workout at least the first few outings......you can guage better if you are going hypo after a workout sitting around as opposed to doing heavy squats or deads and feeling fatigued.....are you dizzy from the work load or are you going hypo? Also start at 2 units of slin and work your way up gradually......dont start dosing 10 units right off the bat. I Think people get too fat beacuse they take much more than their body needs than down 100 grams of sugary carbs.

    Also another noob mistake is taking too much because people do not know how to read the slin needle.......10 units of hgh =1 iu and 1 unit of slin is 1 iu on the slin needle.....
    I have heard people taking 10x the amount they thought because their dumbasses were clueless. I think slin is safe if you know what you are doing, slowly work your way up and really monitor yourself.....people only say its dangerous and you will die because they are mis-informed and have zero knowledge on the subject.

    The questions you are asking OP are pretty basic and I think you really need to spend the time and do the research before diving in, this isnt something to take lightly. So make sure you are ready first.

    i took humalin-r post workout today, went hypo. Such a weird feeling, happens to me all the time. And I eat 8g per IU. I cant wait to get my humalog

    ^^^ started going hypo 2 hours after injection because I left my workout meal too long ater shake.....felt euphoric in a wierd way, overheated and so intensely hungry it was crazy I could have eaten till I vomited.


    Quintal for my post shake I like to add in: 10 grams creatine - 10 grams glutamine- 10 grams dextrose 20 grams gatorade powder - bcaas and 50-60 grams whey. At first I was taking in 10 grams per unit but I feel I could safely dial it back a bit to around 7-8 grams. Am up to only 6 ius at the moment and I think I'll stick at this dose for the remainder of the cycle. No need to push it too hard right now.

    I just want to say i'm a noob to this myself and felt I put in a great deal of research in before jumping head first.....sure maybe it's a little soon but who's to judge.....talk to a few other vets or experienced dudes that have ran for a few cycles.....Don't talk to the guys that say slin will kill you or you will become diabetic.....these are the people that have no clue as to what the fuck their talking about, and are about as informed as the general public are to steroids.
    Sure it's risky but so is walking across a 12 inch iron beam 40 stories up....If you know what you are doing and what to look for I think you will be in the clear.

    do you just do that one shake and then eat whole food meals after that? I like the idea of pre workout much better
