cool thanks bro. i noticed cycle assist is 8 caps a day and this is only 2?
CA has additional stuff (off the top of my head: Pantothenic Acid, Celery Seed, and Hawthorne). OS’s caps are also a bit bigger.Originally Posted by njniner

just seems crazy you only need 2 caps of OS per day and it's cheaper! so i could pre load 2 weeks before cycle at same dose of 2 caps a day and run that same dosage throughout cycle with 2 bottles? lol i like this

I'm pretty sure that it's recommended at 4 caps per day (2 doses of 2 caps). Totally agree though on the price appeal... especially when it's on sale.

no i think you need to take like 4 caps/day. every all in one liver supp there is is way under-dosed unless taking many caps. you need bp support like said too.
