I've already asked for actual cycle advice in a separate thread so I won't repeat here. But I could use some help with the Cardio aspect.
My plan as of now is to start at 3X a week of elliptical, running, treadmill, swimming, whatever post workout for 20-30 minutes. Is that sufficient for a recomp on epistane? I'll be taking my diet from Tom Venuto's "Holy Grail" mostly.
Please keep in mind that where I have specific ab/bicep/tricep exercises listed I usually like to change them around a bit as I progress through the workout. So those specific exercises aren't locked in.
