    Good Workout for Epistane?

I've been planning my second cycle while currently on a cut (Epistane, 1st was Tren) starting in early/mid April. I'm at around 16-17% bf now, hopefully 13-15% by my cycle. My goal will be overall recomp.

I'd like to put on 6-8 lbs of muscle and drop 2-3% bf. Here is a workout that I had great success with a couple of years ago, but I was on a pure bulk, not recomp. Like it, suggestions?

    Monday: (Chest and Triceps)
    Bench 4 x 6-8
    Dumbbell Incline 10 x 8 x 6
    Incline DB Fly 3 x 8
    Cable Flys 3 x 10
Straight Bar Arm Ext. 3 x 10 (both over and underhand)
    French Curl 3 x 6-8
    Side Bends 2 x 15

    Tuesday: (Back/Bi's)
    Pull Ups 3 x 6-8
    Lat Pull downs 3 x 12
    Two Lat machines 3 x 10 each
    Seated Rows 3 x 10
    Barbell Pullover Machine: 3 x 10
    Preacher Curl 3 x 10
    Hanging knee raises 2 x 15

    Wednesday: (Legs)
    Power Clean 3 x 6-8 Super Set with Upright Rows (3 x 10)
    Squats 4 x 6-8
    Hack Squat 3 x 8-10
    Hamstring Curl 3 x 10
    Calf Raises (Straight) 2 x 10 SS Calf roller 2 x 20
    Dec. Med Ball Oblique 3 x 12

    Thursday:
    Dumbbell Press 12 x 10 x 8
    Dumbbell Row 4 x 6-8
    Arnolds Shoulder Press 3 x 8-10
    Lateral Raises 3 x 10
    Skullcrushers 2 x 10 SS Close grip presses 2 x 10
    Surf the Rack
    Pec Dec 3 x 8-10
Leg lift/Scissor kicks 2 sets for 20-30 seconds SS Leg raises

    Friday: (Other Leg Day)
    Clean and Jerk 3 x 6-8
    Romanian Dead lifts 4 x 6-8
    Lunges 3 x 10
    Leg Extensions 3 x 10
    Calf Raises (3-ways) 3 x 10
    Rope Resistance Crunches 3 x 12

I've already asked for actual cycle advice in a separate thread so I won't repeat here. But I could use some help with the Cardio aspect.

My plan as of now is to start at 3X a week of elliptical, running, treadmill, swimming, whatever post workout for 20-30 minutes. Is that sufficient for a recomp on epistane? I'll be taking my diet from Tom Venuto's "Holy Grail" mostly.

Please keep in mind that where I have specific ab/bicep/tricep exercises listed I usually like to change them around a bit as I progress through the workout. So those specific exercises aren't locked in.

I think as far as cardio, it might be something you ahve to gauge yourself and see if its enough to get the recomp effect you like and adjust accordingly.
I'd suspect that ON cycle, that with the right macros (which play the biggest role), could have a nice recomping effect, but maybe someone who has some more experience could actually comment on this

I planned on doing some experimenting with the cardio, but I'd really love some suggestions on a starting point. I'm getting my diet and Macros from Tom Venuto's "Holly Grail". It is specifically aiming for "simultaneous" fat loss with some muscle gain. He gives different options based on if your goals. Mostly fat loss, Fat Loss 1st but some muscle gain, Muscle Gain first but lose some fat, etc. I'm excited to try it all out.

Personally I find what works great for me is Chest/Back Day 1s and Legs/Arms on Day2s Wed is my Day off, Whole body workouts 3x a Day workouts great too, but takes a bit long in the gym. If your on cycle, your body will be able to recover fast enough from a full body workout in 24hours.
