    Good job Ryzer, Glad the SD is good to you.
    This is my second day of pct. Actually did gain about 6 or 7 pounds on the last week of SD when I bumped it up to 3 X 12 mg each. Muscles felt pumped the last week also, especially my back. Actually ate less on that week than the first 3 weeks due to nausea. Go figure I would gain weight eating less??
    Like Doc said the SD was not thought out very well for my first cycle. Should have started with something milder. I don't know if my sensitive digestive system would even tolerate hdrol or havoc though. I guess live and learn.

    I eat mostly during breakfast and after training. Make those your biggest meals. And find stuff with high Cals for snacks, like peanuts. 25% protein in those guys. I use to mix them up with raisins. I know some people use maltodextrine for getting some carbs. That way, you will get a lot of cals. Some people are very strict with "clean calories", but I find it as good with any calories as long it isn't sugar. I do bread and everything. Like jayisk - I do see-food diet (I eat most of the stuff I see) But I seem to have a pretty good metabolism.

On pusup/abs day i will be doing 25 pushups x 3 diff grips ( wide,close and handle ) x2 for 150 pushups twice a day and doing ab ripper x once and 175 legs raised crunches ( 35 x 5 sets ). Hope it does something cuz it sucks not being able to lift right before going into pct.

    Ahhh PCT's done. Gonna miss that morning sip of torem (not).

    Two questions:

    1.) I know the general consensus is (time on + pct = the wait) until the next cycle. Any of you guys sway from the "rule"?

    2.) Any suggestions on what to mess around with while I wait? (no needles, long story)

    Creatine, DAA, other test boosters, pre-workouts, BCAA's, Erase, fat burners. Maybe look at some of the Ostarine logs going.
    Or skip the stuff I mentioned and work on getting some real dianabol or anadrol for after you give your live a break for a month or two.

    I wouldn't touch Osta in pct. several studies out there that show at 3mg doses it was mildly suppressive. Multiple that by 7 which is a body building dose and there is no way you can tell me it isn't suppressive. I have taken osta as well and can tell you through personal experience, I was suppressed. Use it as a bridge between cycles after pct. personally, I wasn't impressed with it.

    Thanks. I resumed creatine, daa, and erase during pct. Put on 10lbs (of h20). I think stano leaned me out (too much).

    Strength is my goal, especially in my toothpicks (aka legs). I don't mind weight gain as long as strength accompanies it.

    I guess I'll poke around for the real stuff while I bide my time for a sd run.

    Okay, so I'm all set for my next few cycles.
    Start my Hdrol cycle in about 2 1/2 weeks! I ordered Epistane for my 2nd cycle that I'll start in late January/early February and also ordered some Superdrol for later next year! I'll just need to stock up on my cycle support and pct for those cycles later.
    Wonder what I'll look like in a year......Hmmmmm. I think the next 12 months or so will be very interesting.

    What kind of leg exercises are you doing? What's you height and weight?

    Hey guys,

    New to the site...42, going on 43 and have done a few cycles before. Planning on doing a UD/Trenazone/Trenavar stack soon, using the TZ to bridge into the TV. Have previously done Epi/SD/TZ in the past with SD providing the best gains. However, I really liked the UD/TZ stack that I was on last...felt great. This time I think I'll do the UD/TZ/TV stack as 20/2ml/45-75. I was using Forma Stanzol while on, as well as into PCT...formestane works great for me in that mannor. I have traditionally used a Clomid/Nolva combo for PCT and would like to try Torem. However, the research chem route seems sketchy and I'm having trouble finding the real deal...kbordner? Also, what do you think of the stack? I've noticed nobody is using Test P with Trenavar...just wondering if it would be a good idea to add into the mix, for it is traditionally used with Trenbolone when pinning, due to the shutdown. How bad does TV shut you down?
