If the shit hits the fan you'll need to see a doc, not run more supps. Just run what you have. IMO if your liver is going to pack in under the stress of oral steroids it will do so regardless of what supports you take beside them.

So, apparently Liver Stronger and the TUDCA it has in it has clinical significance in being effective in detoxification of liver, however it has also been implicated in effecting cholesterol and lipids negatively.
meanwhile, all I have heard is relatively good reviews of Liv.52, and I have already purchased cycle support like a sucker…
So, Liv.52+cycle support (just coz I have the latter), would appear to make a good liver protections stack? Should one have TUDCA on standby in case shit hit the fan so to speak? opinions wanted!
P.s. I am planning on a 5-6 week Epistane cycle in my case at 30mg first week, 40mg next 5, of course unless i start getting bad sides!

OK, fair enough, however I think your wrong about the liver going to pack in regardless of what you take on oral steroids. Not taking liver protection that may work such as liv.52 and Liver longer which may lower liver enzyme levels and prevent further damage (coz lets face it, methylated orals do cause liver damage regardless), will only make things worse. at least with good liver supps you may lessen the damage.
I'm not saying they're useless but they won't prevent a liver from failing that's going to fail anyway. Take them for what they are. Support supps, not life savers.

I thought Liver Care (US version of Liv52) was "stronger" than regular Liv52.
I had reasonable ranges after p-mag, epi, hdrol cycles - for all of which I used Liver Care.
I did have problems on hdrol cycle while using vitiamin shoppe liver assist or whaterver its name was.
The formula is different, the blends, etc, and all the "proven" studies were on the stuff made in india, so I figure they know how to make it right, who knows what kind of messed up concoction you are getting if you buy the us version which only came out to make money, since there was such a demand for the original.

I'm from the UK, but I presume this is the original you were talking about? If so, I think i'll buy some of this double strength version for the cycle to be as safe as I can be other than either lowering the dose or not taking it at all!
Liv 52 DS
I just got like 10 bottles of liv 52, not Ds or livercare, just Liv.52. The metal pretective thing under the cap says
"This product conforms to the specifications of the health authorities in India and Nepal. Since most countries have their own specifications, the sale of this product is therefor restricted to India and Nepal. The Himalaya Drugs Company will not be liable if this product is sold or tested in countries other than India or Nepal. The safety and efficacy of this product is clinically proven and remains uncompromised"
I have bought several bottles from this company, all looking the same but this batch is the first one that ive seen with that message
Liv52 is junk.
Antaeus aegis is the best liver protection out right now
Agreed. I beta tested AEGIS with high doses of Ultradrol,24 mgs day. I felt great and have tried all the other liver formulas out there. YOU CAN'T BEAT TUDCA AND AEGIS HAS THAT PLUS ANOTHER POWERFUL INGREDIENT. It is specifically designed for oral phs and oral aas. Not a salesman, but from what I felt, it is hands down the best.
Will look into it, would not go as far as saying liv.52 is junk though!!
EDIT: looked it up, it's got TDA in it bro, which has been shown to damage lipid profiles quite badly, anyone else seen the same thing from studies? I'm sure for a few weeks of PCT it would be OK though.

Im currently taking tudca and kidney/bladder blend since I've drank 4 times on my cycle and still feeling great.
Anybody know if Sam-E actually benefits the liver?
LOL, at 45 bucks a month, I'll save some money and keep my junk liv52, and a handful of other ancillaries, and Im pretty confident my liver values will return to normal as they have in the past.
