TO me it just seems like they are pissed at the way it was marketed (as a dietary supplement). Market the shit as an anaboloc agent, list the side effects and tell the FDA to suck a dick.

First they would need to submit an Investigational New Drug (IND) application to the FDA's Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER). After 30 days, assuming the FDA didn't find a problem with it, they could do clinical trials. If the clinical trials showed that the drug was both safe and effective, they could submit an NDA (new drug application) and hope that the CDER approve it. Only after market approval could they begin to sell it.

So what do you think it the future of PH's? I just got into the game and now I am seeing why eveyone just goes the black market route (AAS).
Probably more of the same. They're very profitable so until the penalties are more severe (like they would be if they were classed as controlled drugs instead of unapproved drugs), there'll be people willing to take the risk. No-one seems to have done any jailtime for running a PH/DS company yet, though AAS dealers regularly get time.

It was a routine check of a manufacturer (formulife) as stated in the letter.
They werent "going after" Purus or Dark Cyde from the start.
From what i saw they found some labels only.
Answers why nothing came of it over a year. The product wasnt there because Purus Labs wasnt making Halovar for a while before that inspection and Dark Cyde was gone as well.
As for the Sledge product not mentioned (lmg/dmz), i dont think any of those labels were left around.
