I'm currently on my 2nd cycle of Epistane. ONLY EPISTANE. I noticed quite a bit of tenderness in my right nipple.
I had no sides on my first cycle.
I had surgery to remove gynecomastia 2 years ago. *low test from birth*
The thing is my libido has sky rocketed in the past week. Could the boost in test be causing this?

Currently I'm starting week 3 of this cycle.

I have nolva/clomid for pct if needed.

Should I add some nolva to my cycle for a week or two and continue till the end with my cycle?
Should I stop the cycle and start my PCT right away?
