For an upcoming Ph*ra run, I am thinking of adding in MENT for a pre-workout/intra-workout.
Any opinions on using it soley for this purpose?
I was thinking 15mg pre, and another 10mg intra.

I took it this way on a recent trenavar/epi/dplex cycle - 15-20mg preworkout. While it helped with lethargy and made for some epic training sessions... It also introduced at least 3-4 lbs of water weight that would fluctuate over the course of the week (I train M/W/F), even with an AI dosed at the same time. Not a huge issue, but be aware.
Id do it.

intra? is this real life?
Currently taking between 20-40mg pre-workout depending how I feel after work.. and Absolutely loving it.
I would take it prework out. I am doing it now only on training days and love it. Insane pumps and aggression.
what I mean to say above is I don't think its needed intra-workout. the 20-40mg I am taking preworkout is getting me through my hour and a half workouts and then gets me all worked up to play Battlefield 3 when I get home. Dosing Intra-workout isn't necessary

That was my thought and reasoning for intraworkout. The post effect and immediate food intake period. Wasn't so much a short half life worrying about it wearing off mid workout. When I lift on gear I usually go for 1.5-2 hours, and I would damn well hope its duration is longer then that (even if slightly).
Just got done with giving blood and urine for work, so BRING ON DE PH*RA!
