shipment arrived at 5:30pm today and i popped my first capsule at 5:32pm. i took my first serving when i was already hungry, but the Alpha-T2 def helped me satiate my appetite until meal 2 (6:30pm). my diet is a little weird by bodybuilding standards, but i feel this works for me. im watching the carbs and eating a ton of protein and fibrous vegetables. depending on how the Alpha-T2/EC stack affects my strength will dictate the amount of meals i will eat. if im eating 3 meals on training days and 2 on non training days, and my strength is increasing, ill keep at it. if my strength drops, i will include more food and just watch what i eat. seems strange, i know... but it works for me.
