One of the loggers on another site had labs while on Osta. His TSH was in the low normal range. He said this never happens unless he's on T3. I have no idea if this is related to feeling warm and the ease at which guys lean up on Osta but I did think it was interesting info.

• * NOTES: Its true what they say that all good things must come to an end, and my time using Osta Rx just flew by. Im just going to go ahead and give this a wrap up now, as there really isnt much to say. I would give Osta Rx 5 stars out of 5, I have been thoroughly impressed with how good I felt, and with the fact that changes were not only noticeable to me, but to other people around me by the comments I kept getting. All in all I consider this to have been a great run, I have gained some size, gotten leaner, more vascular, have alot more energy and endurance, some strength increase, Im recovering a little faster than normal, and I have been sleeping great, which has me very pleased, as rest is a very important part of growth. Im very pleased with what IronMagLabs has put into Osta Rx and I feel like they have a real winner on their hands, I would not hesitate to recommend Osta Rx to anyone, and I will be spending my hard earned money on it in the future, and I think Osta Rx is the perfect product for off times in between cycles. When I run Osta Rx again in the not too distant future, I am going to include some erase and titanium, and I think it will be a fantastic stack, the combo of the three products will be amazing. NO. I have not taken all 3 products together, yet!

I love the erase and titanuim combo, and I really liked osta, so I imagine the combo of all 3 would be awesome.

For at least a month, longer if I could afford it.

That's what I figured. I also read the Labels to get the timing.
