    SNS Thyrocaps - Metabolism Accelerant - Sponsored Log

    Alright guys this will be a 30 days log of SNS' Thyrocaps. Ill be following the "Suggest Use" of two caps in the morning and one 6-8 hours later. The active ingredient in this product is 150 mcg of 3,3-diiodo-l-thyronine per cap and is non-hormonal. Ill be using this product to aide in cutting fat (obviously).

    Background: Over the past few months I've used t3 and clen to cut as well as periods where I wasn't using anything at all thyroid related so I should be able to notice the similarities and differences in comparison with thyrocaps.

    I'm going to attempt to keep a semi-detailed food log so you guys can get a picture of my diet. This will help me stay honest and on track as well. Generally I have one cheat day a week somewhere during the weekend.

    I'll pop the first pills tomorrow morning and also take my weight and waist measurement then.

    Weight: 200.4

    Played a lot of basketball yesterday and probably dropped some serious water weight. In any event this is the lowest I've seen my weight on the scale in over 9 months so I'm pleased.

    Meals:

    1: 3 cuos skim milk, Eggs (6) with cheese and ham - 85 g protein
    2: 2 scoops of whey, 1 Cup of Plain Greek Yogurt - 65 g
    3: 4 Salmon Burgers , 1 Cup of Skim Milk - 93 g

    Weight: 200.6

    Was happy to see that I didnt have any major weight gain after dropping from 205.6 to 200.4, really thought I was gonna rebound a little bit more than this. Didnt keep a food log today with it being the 4th and all but all in all it was a clean eating day with no alcohol.

    Weight: 201.6

    Meals:

    1: Steak, 2 cups of Milk 80~ g protein
    2: 2 scoops of whey and 1 cup of milk 50g~
    3: t eggs with cheese and ham, milk, 2 whole grain english muffins with PB 100~
    4: Bowl of Curry Chicken, Bowl of Strawberries, 1/2 Cup of milk 60~g

    Notes: One thing I am noticing is that I seem to have suppressed hunger slightly as I can go much longer between meals than usual

    Weight: 203

    Definitely seems to be some appetite suppression and it feels like I get full easier. I could probably cut the food down a little more than I am based on this but I want to keep the protein pretty high. Looking better in the mirror, I feel like my chest is becoming more defined for sure.

    Meals

    1: 1 cup lowfat yogurt with wheat germ, 1/2 cup milk with whey, 2 wheat english muffins with PB. ~60 g protein
    2: 2 Hamburgers - no bun, 1 cup lowfat yogurt with wheat germ. 65g~
    3: 7 eggs with cheese, 1 cup milk, 1 wheat english muffin with pb. 80g~
    4: 1 scoop whey with 1 cup milk, 1 bowl curry chicken. ~60g

    Days 9-13

    Weight is holding steady at 203, seems Im recomping more than anything which is preferable if I can keep it up. Muscles feel harder and I look a little more vascular in the arms which is nice.

    Will probably take a waist measurement sometime towards the end of next week, hopefully there are some quantitative changes there.

    Took a waist measurement the two days ago and I've definitely seen improvements from the start of the cycle. Im going to take two more measurements throughout the week just to account for water fluctuations and the like. Probably give you guys the result on Saturday. Definitely like what I am seeing thus far though.

    Weight: 201-203.5

    Still stayin about the same weight wise which is the line I'd prefer to walk. Vascularity in arms continues to get slightly better so I can tell Im losing some fat.

    As previously said I will update waist measurement Saturday

    1: 7 Eggs with 3 pieces of cheese, 1 cup skim milk 65 g protein
    2: 2 Protein Bars 40 g protein
    3: 1 Banana, 1 Corn English Muffin, 2 Cans Tuna, 1 cup skim milk 67 g protein

    Weight: 203.2
    Waist measurement: 32 1/2 (starting measurement 33 1/8)

    lost just about over 1/2 inch from waist. Legs feel tighter than ever, arms more vascular than ever and strength is as high as ever. Lets see if I can knock off a full inch by the time the remainder of the bottle is gone.
