big thanks to VelocityRob for giving me a chance to try this. to be honest i've never really been a fan of pre-workout supplements for 2 reasons: one is because 99% of the time their ingredient profiles suck, and two because ive always been pretty stim sensitive and they make me feel like crap because theyre so overly loaded with caffeine and what not.

Musclespeed on the other hand has a very solid ingredient profile and is dosed in a way that makes it easy to get the amount you need. for me, this was 2 caps, although Rob suggested at my weight i go up to 3.

- REACTIONS -

when it says that you'll begin to feel the effects in 15 minutes its no lie. everytime i took it i felt a rush of energy exactly 15 minutes afterwards. its not a heavy stim/tweaked out kind of rush, just a feeling of being very awake and energetic. AN claims it increases acetlycholine levels also and i believe this. whats even more pronounced than the physcial energy is the mental alertness and focus i got from it.

workouts were awsome. i was seriously in the zone once i got to the gym and had gas in the tank the whole way through. concentration was really high. best part was there was no crash later on and i never felt light headed or jittery.

if youre the type of person who likes to get completely geeked up before the gym then this probably isnt the product for you. but if youre like me and you're looking for focused energy, mental alertness, and increased concentration, id recommend this above anything else. 10/10 in my book and ill be buying my own bottle as soon as i get a chance.

DO you get jittery/anxious on No Xplode or SP250?

ive never used SuperPump but No Xplode made me feel like i was going to have a heart attack. White Flood was ok for me but i could only take half a scoop...then again i was one of the original testers for it and i think the forumla's changed since then.

hmm okay, was trying to see the difference in terms of anxiety between this and no xplode - i like how it tastes, but it's a very dirty, cheap feeling energy boost.. maybe i'll give this a shot when it's available, just a shame it's not out in a tasty powder form..

Caps are nice since you can chase with your drink of choice. MUSCLESPEED is pretty much energy and focus, so you can stack with an amino drink, or a non-stim preWO (for creatine or NO products).

Great review- thats pretty much just how I feel on a 3-cap dose of MUSCLESPEED. The energy is steady, but with the mental/focus ingredients- I always have great workouts. Synergy, perhaps.

might as well mention i was stacking Musclespeed with beta-alanine and BCAA's. ive been using those for a while though so i was able to judge the difference after introducing Musclespeed no problem.
