    Mirror pics do my a great justice. I have a decent amount of lose skin. My lower back is chunky as fuck so I know I'm not 12. Maybe 13-15 in my last pic because when I'm not flex I can see a bit of an definition in the outsides of the top two rows. Always read that you can see visisible 6 pack without flexing. Which is what I really wanna achieve for this summer. I think it'll be easy as long as I stick to my usuall plan of cardio.
