I have never went this low in the past but it seem to keep my waist smaller, idk really but I'm gonna try it for a couple more weeks, post a pic and see if what kinda difference there is... Even truelly I would like to get close to 180-200 grams per pound... But I'm getting stronger and not too much fatter... So yippy ky yah am I rite? Lulz
May be helping keep if fat gain... I think it's perfect for people that prefer a less intense stim effect... Though about stacking e/c w/ it lol
