12 scoops of whey (mine is like 140 cals 20g protein 9g carbs, 1.5g fat so macros based on this)

So
-12 scoops whey
-1 cup ground flax seed
-4 tbs peanut butter (I guess could sub for Nutella or even add extra if you want)

Mix all together in a large bowl and add water every so often till its a thick batter

Bake on 195-250 for about 30ish mins. Just keep an eye on it and stick tooth picks in it. If it comes out with nothing on it take it out and let em cool and cut em up into 12.

Calories 220
23g protein
14g carbs
6g of fat or so. Forgot.

If you guys are familiar with orange julius, you've probably tried doing this.

1.5 cups of milk

2 cups of pulpy Orange juice

1 serving of vanilla weigh

2 egg whites

A touch of vanilla extract
(This all tastes better if you blend it with ice)

You might have to adjust it a bit but I can get it tasting like orange julius for next to nothing.
