Switched over to conventional deadlifts after I started doing olympic squats....

All personal gym records but all would be legit in a powerlifting competition except bench bc of no pause:

Bench: 350
Pull: 565
no roids. have done one cycle of PH's

been working out with a group of pro strongmen once a week. def recommend it. translates real well into the gym

First, i think we should make a rule of stating whether your number are raw or equipped as to not skew the stats.

All raw, 22, 5 10, 245

bench 405 (with some more left in me)
squat 585 (with knee wraps)

current supps- creatine, fishoil, and cissus
currently still regaining full range of motion and strength in my left shoulder after having labrum and 3 rotators fixed a year ago.
