Haha yeah, I'm lookin to drop to 220 and get the Squat up to 315 x 50 (deep ass to calves reps) and Incline 315 x 20 in this upcoming cycle!

these stats from last time I dieted down from 270 to 240 to compete in a diff weight class last march, not sure what my maxes are currently but i am quite a bit stronger. looking to start competeing again in the spring

Deadlift: 780 raw
Squat: 650x1 with knee wraps
bench: 465 raw but wrist wraps
shirted bench: 625 single ply rage X


Weighing about 265 right now, planning on staying in the 275lb weight class this time around and trying to have more fun with it than being as serious as I was before

I have a pretty big imbalance in my pressing vs. pulling. My core and legs are strong from years of being a high-level athlete. Currently training Westside in an effort to bring up my squat and bench to match my pulling numbers.
