I'm told I look like a big bad mean mother fucker, but I'm the nicest calmest down to earth mother fucker ever. Not my words. lol

It's funny you and I have similar stats. , but I don't look anything like you do. But I must say I don't look to bad for my age group, people I meet ask if I work out, so hangin out here with all you young bucks is payin off.

All that matters is that you stay dedicated and consistent and you make improvements for yourself not to other people's standards. ;) Keep hittin it hard, it's always an inspiration to see older people sticking with it.

425 sets of 5 on squats and deadlifts
goal is to get 405 on bench...repping 315 for a set of 8 atm..I don't max often and never will on squats
loving life and lifting heavy!

God damn some of you have some nice lifts and crazy bench numbers! Benching has always been my worse and it pisses me off my little brother used to be able to rep 420 lbs for a few before marriage/baby.

My measly stats:

5'10"
210 lbs
30 years old
lifting for 5 years or so. Serious for last 3.

All of these are working maxes on my 5/3/1 days. Never tried for true max.

Bench - 345 lbs
Squat - 3x455 lbs, 495 lbs (wrapped)
Deadlift - 600 lbs

And for fun
Standing OHP - 2x265 lbs

5'8'' 21 years old, 176ish at the moment

Only one prohormone cycle under my belt.

Bench - 285 (grossly imbalanced compared to my dl and squat because of my bench bro past)
Squat - 325 (I know I know, in the works, although haven't maxed for a good while)
DL - 405 (need to test my max again, I think 405 could be beat easily)

I lift like a bodybuilder slow and controlled and usually for more reps but here goes-
5'5'' 170lbs age-34 11%B.F.
bench press-270 200-13 reps
squat-315-3 reps 225-16 reps
deadlift-315-5 reps

Bench: 255 paused.
Deadlift: 455 belt only.

First meet coming up soon looking to hit 400 squat, 265 bench, 460 deadlift. Goals for this year 450 squat, 300 bench, 500 deadlift.

I've posted in here a few times, but I just got back into lifting 6wks ago after 3/4 of a year break.. already back up to 315 x 15 for multiple sets and 405 x 6 on bench. Squat and dead lift haven't really been pushed yet, squat I've done a single gasser set with 405 x 20, and I have yet to touch the deads in these 6wks back lol

Currently 250 at around 12% bf

I've been competing in powerlifting since 2008. Before that, I did strongman for about 3-4 years.

My most recent meet was Raw Unity, this past February.

Squat: 496 (no wraps)
Bench: 314
Dead: 611
Total: 1421 @ 181




After that one, my next meet is on July 12th, only a couple of weeks away, then probably RUM again.
