Notes: The logs I used were only from logs that were complete. Each weight was given either upon completion or very close to completion of the log. It was unclear on some whether the weight was upon completion of pct or the cycle. However, the majority was given upon completion of the cycle before pct. And yes, this did take a lot of time to do. Yep I think it shows that dosing right really makes a difference. (about 3.5 lbs:fawkyeah:)

gerhard yes most if not all are bulking cycles (I intentionally didn't use any cutting/re-comping cycles, and if there are any they gained a lot lol)

e.g. The one who gained 8lbs lost 1% bf
And there is a different if someone gains 15lbs of muscle and 5lbs of fat. Some people would write down 20lbs, but in my opinion I wouldn´t count that 5.


Furthermore, it would be interesting, if the guys gained still good weight in Weeks 5 and 6! ;-) I think I will look it up!

Totally. Hopefully everyone already knows that weight isn't a measure of body composition. Unfortunately not everyone records bf% and waist measurements or are able to tell how much is water weight.

Great post!I have used hdrol before with great results and virtually no sides. I think it is a great first cycle and the results are even easier to find now!

Def great info. I'm new to the forums and I don't quite understand what the dozing means. Does it mean that those are the dosages per day each week? For example 50/75/75/75/75 would mean 50 per day for the first week then 75 per day for the other weeks? Please correct me if I am wrong. Thanks
