Creatinol-o-phosphate Is Not Creatine right?



that is very important to get straight. it is definitely not. creatinol is structurally close to creatine but it is different. And unlike creatine phosphate (which has the phosphate connceted to a nitrogen atom), creatinol-O-Phosphate has the phosphate connected to an oxygen atom (from and OH group)

Also, creatine phosphate is known to easily lose the phosphate to form ATP whicle COP doesnt seem to lose the phosphate much at all in the muscle. So its a mystery what it really does in muscle to give its effects. Certainly does not appear to be acting like a creatine phosphate per se

Can this be taken in conjuction with TF2, and does this product have any stim type of effect?, I would assume it doesnt.

1.5 g twice a day is a good starting point. you cant take too much at one time or you may get the runs

6 g a day (3 X 3) is probably the best dosage

i wouldnt take with tf2 at exactly the same time cuz thats alot of osmotic pressure on your gut.

Does COP eventually reach a saturation point similar to creatine and DAA?

Is this something that would be optimal to take Pre-WO or does dosage timing not really matter?

4 scoops a day would be better than 2X2

would it equal 6g exactly? no one scooping is the same as another so no. But try to get the powder just a milimeter or two below the rim and you will be doin ok

i dont see any situation where it is wrong to take COP. whether you wanna stack it with this or that is fine, or do during cycle, off cycle, or whatever.

for instance taking it at start of pct might help maintain strength yes. OTOH taking it during the cycle might help get even more strength during the cycle. so what is the right answer? there is no right answer. there are just options

cop is like d-aspartic acid. it is sour and does not dissolve. and in its free acid form it is more irritating to the tummy
