Finished first AAS cycle (pics included)

So I just finished up my cycle which was technically 17 weeks long:

Weeks 1-5: Superdrol @ 20mg/ED
Weeks 4-15: Sustanon @ 500mg/wk (didn't get it in time that's why I started late)
Weeks 8-17: Clen (on and off)
Weeks 12-17: Epistane @ 30/40/40/50/50/50

This was only going to be a 4 week solo Superdrol cycle, but I ended up getting my hands on Sustanon 250, and I figured why not throw in some Epi to end the cycle. I started out bulking while on Superdrol, and then I ended up recomping, and then actually starting cutting on keto about a month ago. Some may not agree with the approach I took on this cycle, but summer is coming up, and I much prefer to have a lean, aesthetic physique rather than be thick and bloated. I have no regrets, and what I did worked well for me. I will never run an oral only cycle, I will always use Test as a base.

Before Weight: 184 lbs
After Weight: 195 lbs

I'm not done cutting yet. I am going to try and maintain while on PCT, and then I will do some carb cycling to try and cut down to 185 lbs.

Please provide feedback. How did I do? I can post training and diet as well if anyone is interested.

short blast of a gram of test and up to 1.2g EQ
currently on 250 teste, 600-800 primo, 900 eq and adding in mast towards end and maybe tren when eq is done. :0face:

Basically I followed the same workout routine throughout, a 5 day split:

Monday (Legs & Calves & Abs):
Squats
Leg Press
Hamstring Curls
Leg Extensions
Calf Raises on Leg Press machine
Hanging Leg Raises
Decline Situps
Decline Side Twists

Tuesday (Chest & Tris):
Bench Press
Incline Press
Chest Flys
Incline Flys
Dips
1 Arm Tricep DB Extensions

Wednesday (Back & Biceps):
Deadlifts
Seated Rows
Lat Pulldowns
Chin Ups
Seated DB Curls

Thursday (Shoulders & Calves & Abs):
Seated Military Press
DB Lateral Raises
Reverse Pec Deck Machine
Calf Raises on Leg Press machine
Hanging Leg Raises
Decline Situps
Decline Side Twists

Friday (Arms):
Standing BB Curls
Weighted Dips or CGBP
Seated 1 Arm Preacher Curls

I keep volume pretty low, 3-4 sets.

Diet has changed quite a bit from start of cycle. Started out eating around 3000-3500 cals, with about 250-275g protein, and about 350g of carbs. As cycle went on, I'd slowly lower carbs and up fats. I'd stick to a specific meal plan 5x a week, and on weekends I'd typically eat whatever. Mostly clean, with the odd binging when going out with friends. I'm someone who REALLY enjoys deep fried foods, so I will never hold back unless I feel I have to, so I definitely indulged a lot towards the beginning of the cycle, but as I wanted to get leaner I slowly became more strict.

My diet currently is a keto diet (65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs) which I've been doing for about 4 weeks now. It's been working very well. No loss of strength, less cravings, more energy, less fatigue/crashing, and no bloating at all. I do carb ups every Saturday to replenish glycogen storage, so I try and get about 1000g of carbs every Saturday to replenish. I'm taking in around 2500 calories now. I'm going to take a break from keto while on PCT, and get more carbs in me, then I'm going to start carb cycling after PCT and try and lean out some more.

Thanks man! Absolutely LOVE epi! I've used it before actually once, just ran it solo, and I loved the way I looked after it, so I decided to use it again for this cycle. I was going to get Winny, but Epi is cheaper, and it did wonders for me in the past.

Thanks man! Today (which is when I took my after pic) is technically my last day of the cycle (epi). So I actually start PCT tomorrow. So I'm hoping I can keep all my gains. Going to work that much harder. I've never had a problem keeping gains from ph only cycles, and I'm running both nolva and clomid along with DAA + creatine and beta alanine.

Thanks a lot man! Basically, I try and eat a good mix of unsaturated, and saturated fats. So typically in a day I eat: eggs, bacon, ground beef, cheese, flaxbread (no carbs), peanut butter, cashews, salmon, dark meat chicken, avacado, ranch dressing on salad, green beans with olive oil, whey protein pre and post-workout, and a casein shake before bed. Quite the selection. You just have to be careful with portion sizes on keto. Your portions are pretty small, but the high fat fills you up, and keeps you full longer.

For sure man! I was debating what I wanted to do. I was going to bulk to 220 lbs, but I decided I just want to look good, and not have to do a full out cut all summer. Now I can enjoy summer, not be super strict, and maintain a lean physique (although I will cut for another few weeks to a month).

Lol, just took a second look at your pics, the difference is insane, hell of an accomplishment.

Did you gain the majority of the size from SD and did you have difficulty in retaining the SD gains?

That size is from one word: TEST.


I get the same way, after about 6 weeks of test my before/after physique is WAY more massive. Everyone is different, but that shit makes me mass up like a mother fucker.

Honestly, the superdrol made me gain weight very fast (was up 22 lbs in 5 weeks), but surprisingly, when I look at the before and after pics, I didn't see THAT much difference. I feel like the superdrol mostly put on water, but it helped with strength a lot. I noticed a lot of the size later in the cycle when the test seemed to have kicked in, so I attribute most of the muscle gains with the test (as per below post).

THIS. Test is amazing. I feel like the gains are so real, whereas the superdrol seemed to just blow me up with water. As the weeks went by, I could literally see rock hard muscle adding to my physique from the test.

Lol my head actually did get bigger I think. My face actually changed from this cycle, and filled out a little. But also, the pic may not be in the EXACT same spot, so it could be zoomed in slightly more in the after pic then the before pic.

Well, I never measured my bodyfat pre-cycle, but I'd guess I'm atleast 15-16% bf. I have a caliper, and a hand-held bodyfat tester that I used yesterday. The hand-held machine said I was 12% bf, and the caliper says I'm 10% bf. So I'm assuming maybe 11% ? That's a complete estimate though, I find I look leaner in person than in pics, and have also been told the same. So if we assume I was 15% bf before cycle, and 11% bf currently, we can conclude:

Pre-cycle:
184 x 0.15 = 27.6 lbs of fat
184 - 27.6 = 156.4 LBM

Post-cycle:
195 x 0.11 = 21.45 lbs of fat
195 - 21.45 = 173.55 LBM

Muscle Gain:
173.55 - 156.4 = 17.15 lbs

Fat loss:
27.6 - 21.45 = 6.15 lbs

So therefore, ~17 lbs of muscle gained, and ~6 lbs of fat lost.. This almost seems unreal, but again it would all depend on my bodyfat %.
