I'll have to get me some of that. I've been itching to try the brain stack for improving and expanding cognition for martial arts. I have a belt test coming up soon and I'll need all the brainpower I can get.

I've really enjoyed my run on it. Especially the remembered dreams, I've had some of the most detailed an interesting ones ever

Could someone help me put a stack together and help me with dosing for d-serine??? I need a study stack to take regularly until November.

Right now I have tubs of piracetam, choline and acetyl L-carnitine. Also have some Focus XT. I want to add D-serine and maybe the PR spray (should I?). How should I stack all of these and is it ok to take each one every day until November? Will I develop a tolerance if I do that??

PA could you please help answer this? Would it help to alternate between days of taking a nootropic and d-serine to avoid tolerance build up?

Chronicity with piracetam, choline donors, and ALCAR, is a good thing.

Patrick,
Would d-serine be beneficial to someone experiencing memory issues related to multiple sclerosis?

I second, I'll be very sad when my piracetam runs out, though I won't miss the fishy taste and smell of the choline I take to support it. Stacks very well with D-Serine

I have memory loss/problems because of TBI. Think i'm going to experiment with d-serine, choline and huperzine-a.

Oh yeah, 11 kt seems to help some. The lifts i can do when using it pre-workout seem to be from a neuro effect anyway. Pat can correct me if i'm wrong. Pretty sure he will anyway lol

Huperzine A is an NMDA antagonist. It would seem counter-productive.
