last one reps were done a while back:
365/290/unknown

recent lifts:
squat 4 x 335lbs
bench 2-3 x 275lbs
deadlift 3 x 425lbs

what about you?

I probably will after my next competition (end of May). Might use June as a high volume month to take a break from some of the heavy stuff. Hoping to start up with some strongman training this summer - will log that for sure.

sumo deadlift 620x2 just switched over from conventional style 2 mths ago and lift has gone up like 35lbs already

raw i got short legs and somewhat long arms so the wider stance makes the distance a lot shorter

315 x 3 on squat today, still not great, but I have improved quite a lot in recent months..

Was doing 5 x 5 with 295 too, which is great for me, felt like I was getting right down parallel..

Pr in bench (225x3.5)
pr in hammer lats (500x5x3)
pr in shrug reps (385x4x4)

new maxes from 2 weeks ago
bench-250
squat-350
dead-365 (got 385 yesterday)
pushpress- 175

week before that got the 105s x 4 (2 sets) on flat dumbbell press and the 85s x 3 on seated dumbbell press :)
oh, and i have ZERO wrist flexibility, so thats why my push press sucks. i feel like i can get 205/215 easy
