yeah I'm pumped gotta finish my leg workout though. I got the vid and I'm gonna post it wit my workout. Only 5 pounds away from x1.75 BW!

soon brah, I've only been lifting for 10 months, I will hit it well before my year mark.

163 on a good day :) usually hover around 160

basically on squat you load up the bar with, say 405, and set the safeties high. for one week you only do partial squats, like 1/4 squats.
the next week you lower the safeties more and go down to them.
you keep doing this until you are at parallel.

I'd rather work my way up... otherwise you look like a tool for weeks on end for something that will likely mess up your form.

i want out for real this time. i will post sources or nudes or something if i have to, but i would like to go out on somewhat decent terms since i feel like i have kind of contributed a little to this site, but obviously, in the words of several people, "i try too hard". i've had enough

today's workout PR's:

back squat 2 x 355lbs

sumo deadlift 3 sets of 9, 8 , 6 reps with 315lbs, after pulling 1 x 405, struggling with my grip on 445lbs (didn't really leave the ground), and 1 x 425
not bad considering I've messed up my lower back moving a heavy old wooden dresser myself. my back hurts :( :facepalm:

EDIT: At one point I could barely feel my feet and hands. My arms were shaking, my hands and feet tingling like they had fallen asleep. Worked out at night and I'm a morning person lol.

ive got a similar problem with my right foot from a slightly herniated disc. it tingles some times and it feels pressure/temperature different from my left foot
