so i just got some ALRI chaind out BCAA, never tried it before but it looks good.
the reason i want to try this is becuase they say the bcaa in chaind out wont release insulin when taken.

does anyone know anything about this?
the BCAAs are in malate form, i think(leucine malate etc)

lets pretend chaind out doesnt cause any insulin release. would that be beneficial during a cutting cycle? or the insulin released by taking bcaa are like, doesnt matter. in that regard.

I answered this question on AMs forum just a couple hours ago, not sure if you're the same person and just didn't like the answer I gave there or what :?

Saying that adding malic acid is going to block gluconeogenesis is absolutely mind-blowingly wrong.

Not to mention, leucine isn't even a glucogenic acid in the first place.

My intelligence probably insults Patrick Arnold's intelligence, and I can figure that out (brown nosing accomplished?)

on the upside, it tastes pretty good. and alright i wont insult you guys intelligence any more.
what do i take to grow muscle? no but seriously, i wish i took more interest back in school instead of just running amok.
now i dont even understand BCAAs and having a hell of a time trying to do math in class. wtf!!

That wouldn't be a debate, the owner of ALRI would never even think of attempting to talk science with PA. Or even anyone who has been to a freshman chemistry class.
